A Beautiful Mess Happy Mail Subscription Review – Feb 2015 Birthday

You Da Best Flat Card

I Have a Latte Feelings Flat Card

Happy Birthday Flat Card

(These cards are all made exclusively for this subscription, so I won’t be able to list retail values for items in this review).

I love all these cards! The You Da Best card is so fun, and I love a good pun card too. (And I can never have enough Birthday cards on hand).

A Beautiful Mess Happy Mail Subscription Review – Feb 2015 Miss You

This Card Is For Your: Flat Card

I Miss You Folded Card

I love that these are both practical and fun. I have a friend who has done a few of those check box items on card on the left in the past year, so this card is going to her!

A Beautiful Mess Happy Mail Subscription Review – Feb 2015 Donut

It's a Date? Folded Card

Donut Flat Card

On the inside of the date card it says "Name the time and place!" And on the back of the donut card it says "I'm Here To Save the Day!"

A Beautiful Mess Happy Mail Subscription Review – Feb 2015 Foil

Oh Hey Girl Flat Card

Just Because Postcard

I love when they use metallic foil on these cards - the results are gorgeous! I think the Just Because postcard may be my favorite card from this subscription to date - I'm going to mail it to my mom!

A Beautiful Mess Happy Mail Subscription Review – Feb 2015 Stickers

Each package also comes with some non-card items like stickers. The word stickers on the right have some great Mean Girls and Clueless quotes!

A Beautiful Mess Happy Mail Subscription Review – Feb 2015 Create

I Just Wanna Shake Shake Shake Shake Shake Pencil

Create The Things You Wish Existed

This print is going up on the wall next to my desk immediately - I love it. (And the gold foil letters are the icing on the cake).

And of course I'm always happy with a Taylor Swift reference pencil!

Verdict: I'm so glad I subscribed to Happy Mail - it really does make me happy! I love all the prints and cards they create each month, and it is great to support such a creative and fun subscription. I think it is a great value too. I paid $15 for this month (I bought the annual subscription up front), and that breaks down to a little over $1 an item.

What do you think of Happy Mail?

I subscribed based on this wonderful review but I’m a liiiiiiiittle bit disappointed that so many of the cards don’t have backs. I should have read the review closer. I like the designs but the flat cards really bug me. I will hang in there another month and see how it goes.

This was a high month for those cards, usually there is only one or two that way. Give it a few months to see how it suits you. I don’t particularly like the emphasis on fill in the blank or check the box cards, some are fine but seems like a lot of those too.

I got some of these cards too, but, mainly what I got was quite a few of the generic “This card is for” checkbox card. Maybe they ran out of the other cards and I got what was left? I’m not sure I would even use them. I like people to think that I put some thought into what I send and a black and white checkbox card doesn’t say that to me. I did get the print and I love it. But because of my selection of cards I immediately canceled.

I absolutely love this subscription, this is my third month and it’s by far one of my favorites. My only complaint at this point is I wish there were more folded cards instead of flat ones but other than that it’s great! The colors of all the cards this month were so fun! 🙂

Lots of check box cards this month! I love this subscription. Such a great deal since grocery store cards can be $3+. Thank you, Happy Mail!!

This was my first one and I am so happy I signed up for it! 🙂 each card or print made me smile and get excited to give it to someone! The pencil I could do without, but the word stickers are awesome!

I love love love this. I signed up since their first month and can honestly say having these cards on hand makes me more thoughtful. Recently a neighbor was sick in the hospital and came home after several weeks, boom, I go into my file and get a “welcome home” card. I am not naturally organized so having this every month is the best. I honestly don’t have time to stop at the store and I like these cute cards better anyhow.

Wow, I normally think these postal-type subscriptions are too expensive for what you get, but this one actually has a lot in it!

This is my second month of Happy Mail and it completely lives up to its name. I love the bold, fun, modern designs of these cards. I’m in school right now, far away from home, and I cannot always talk to my friends as often as I’d like. Being able to send them one of these awesome cards once in a while is the perfect way to let them know I’m still thinking about them! Plus both of the prints have found great homes in my apartment. I love this subscription so much!
