Five Four Club is a monthly men’s clothing subscription service. You take a brief survey when you sign up (sizes and style preferences), and then each month they send you on average 2-3 new clothing pieces or accessories.

My husband has been subscribing for over a year now and in general is very happy with the quality of the clothing and the value. (We’ve found the sizing to be similar to American Eagle’s sizing if that helps!)

This hoodie is super soft, and I like the two-tone oatmeal and light grey colors. It's one of my husband's favorite new pieces.

The material of this shirt is a softer flannel-like material - less formal than their dress shirts, and much more my husband's taste.

Verdict: This is one of Eric's favorite Five Four Club boxes ever - he's wearing both of these tops all the time! (One thing I always mention in these reviews - the retail prices listed are from Five Four - they make all their own clothing in house. So while I wouldn't necessarily pay the retail prices for these items, I think the value is good at the subscription box rate of $30 a piece).

HI Liz,

I just recently received my first subscription and I’m quite impressed with the selection they sent me! My preferences are “Dress to Impress”and the items I received were a light blue button up shirt (great for work) and a khaki rain coat. Which worn together looks awesome! The quality of the shirt is impressive, nice fabric and details but their five four logo tag does look cheap. The rain coat is a nice over all coat, fits awesome but wrinkled from the packaging. It has a price tag on it for $98 which to me I wouldn’t even think of paying that much for the quality of it. The coat looks like H&M quality and should be set at that pricing. For $40 ($20 off with coupon for signing up) I think it was way worth the price. Shipping would of cost $12 and that is added in the price. I highly recommend this service and the lucky surprise of what you get each month is rewarding.

I tried to sign up for this on Black Friday 180 deal and for whatever reason it didn’t get processed. I ordered alot that day and this was the only issue I ran across. When I contacted them about my order, they said to resign up but would not honor the deal. Too bad, I think my hubby would have really liked this. I told them I would still be interested if they would honor my original order but they never responded back…
