Love With Food Review & Free Box Coupon – Sept 2014 Hemp Seeds

Hemp Rules Roasted Hemp Seeds by Ziggy Marley Organics – 1.1 oz, value: $1.67

Lemon Rosemary Seasoning by Fogg City Spice Co. – 1 packet, value: $1.80

Rich Chocolate Cookie Thins by Mandy’s - .53 oz, value: $.72

I’m really excited about this lemon rosemary spice mix – I’m glad they included actual spices in this “Spice Up Your Life” box. Also, these cookie things are my favorite thing in featured this month. They’re thin, crispy, and chocolatey without being too sweet. I devoured this packet shortly after taking photos, but I bet they’d be amazing with ice cream or peanut butter!

Love With Food Review & Free Box Coupon – Sept 2014 Way Better

Simply So Sweet Chili Tortilla Chips by Way Better Snacks – 1.25 oz, value: $1.09

Churro Kettle Corn by Love With Food – 1 oz, value: $1.88

This Curro Kettle Corn is also amazing – kettle corn with cinnamon sugar on it? Yes, please!

Love With Food Review & Free Box Coupon – Sept 2014 Soy

5 Spice Caramels by Shotwell Candy Co. – 2 pieces, value: $1.52

Energy Lemon Lime Green Superfood by Amazing Grass – .25 oz packet, value: $1.47

My husband is excited to try this Ghost Soy Sauce (he loves his food as spicy as he can get it and Asian food is a staple for dinner in our house!). It’s made from black beans, so it’s gluten free, too.

Love With Food also always includes coupons and promo codes for the brands featured in each box.

Verdict: In every Love With Food box, I always seem to find something new I like enough to order full-size! I also love that they included snacks to take on the go, desserts, things to enhance home-cooking, a healthy drink mix – the variety was really nice this month. The value adds up to be $10.50, which breaks even with the cost with an annual subscription. Plus, each box purchased donates a meal to charity, so that has its own kind of contribution to the value, I think. I’m also happy to see that Love With Food is expanding and developing more of who they are by adding Noshable, too.

I’ve subscribed to the deluxe box for over a year and I really love this subscription! I’ve tried so many unique snacks that I probably wouldn’t otherwise even purchase or look at in the store. I haven’t sampled everything in the box yet but so far I really liked the pop rings (healthier Funyuns), the caramels, the chocolate cookies, tortilla chips, and loved the popcorn!

My husband and I really enjoy this subscription because we are able to try new things that we normally wouldn’t try. This month’s theme was interesting. My husband made a stir fry using the soy sauce which I was hesitant at first but it was delicious.

Did the Shotwell coupon come with a general use code? Like, could you post it, looking for a discount on my order with them. Thanks!

The lemon rosemary seasoning packet smelled AWFUL!! It smells like that sausage-y smell that houses get when they’re heated by wood burning stoves. I was nauseous for awhile after I opened the box :/ Luckily the rest of the box was pretty good & I hope to be able to subscribe once I can find room in my budget!

I smelt that seasoning packet and became nauseated, which is strange because I use fresh rosemary all the time, and I put lemon in damn near everything.
The caramels smelt exactly like the seasoning packet, and I lightly licked one and washed my mouth out.

Everything else in the box is awesome! That popcorn tastes exactly like the cinnamon sugar toast I used to make for my brothers when I was a kid. The chips were delicious. Cookies tasted like a cereal I’ve had before, but I can’t put my finger on it… Stoked for the ghost pepper soy sauce! And I got myself and my boyfriend each a free box so I have more product to work with!

This is my favorite subscription of the ones I get. While this box wasn’t my all time fave, I loved the cookies and popcorn. I tried the hemp seeds and not too bad. I think people hear hemp and it’s just like huh?? that was my first reaction too. lol But they seem to have some health benefits as well. Love with food has introduced me to foods I never would have tried before, chocolate covered wasabi anyone? I liked those to seaweed (that was disgusting). LOL Plus the fact that they donate a meal for every box sold..it’s a win, win situation to me.

We get the Deluxe Box so we get twice as many items– some things are so strange– like those Hemp Seeds– they scare me! Wasn’t a fan of this month, last month was much better. The caramels were tasty with a kick, but very small pieces, and the cookie was my favorite. Mine also came with Pop Rings which look like potato chip onion rings. I will give it another month or so, then I think that I’m done with this…

I got August’s box for free which I loved, and didn’t cancel fast enough before I got charged for September’s. I was ok with getting September’s box, but once it arrived I was disappointed. Last months box was so great, we loved everything in it. This month, I only liked the popcorn and cookie thins in it. The spices smell so strong, I can’t decide if I’ll love it or hate it. I don’t use soy sauce at all and the energy shot is just odd to me. I definitely canceled this month and hopefully didn’t get charged for October’s.

I got the first box free deal so lucky for me I didn’t actually pay any money for this awfulness. I couldn’t cancel my subscription fast enough. Soy sauce is not a snack and spices are not a food in my book. I found the whole thing very disappointing. I did like the cookies but not enough to order more or continue with this box.

I am waiting for my first box to arrive. I will note that I saw Groupon had a deal for the deluxe box though.

I am not a spicy food person so some things I havent try yet. Now those cookies omg, they were amazing and Im buying more I second everything you said about them. I got the berry flavor on the superfood and I was a bit skeptical at first seeing green lol, but oh my it was delicious and I wanted more, also buying more of this. For the rosemary I am making the recipes featured in the packet without peppers and onions.

I like my box even if I have to adventure to eat some spicy food

This month was a total miss for me. The only thing I liked was the popcorn. Hope next month is better.
