Quarterly Food & Home Subscription Review

The Quarterly Food and Home subscription box is a seasonal home and food subscription. (This is my second box from them, and it seems to be much more of a food box than a home box).

Quarterly Food & Home Subscription Review

The Cost: $50 a box (ships every quarter)

The Products:  Some of Quarterly’s can’t-miss, must-have picks for the homefront.

Each Quarterly box comes with a letter from the curator detailing each item in the box.

Quarterly Food & Home Subscription Review

Butter Bell Crock - Value $19.95

Wee Bee Jammin Blueberry Hill Jam - Value $5

I don't eat dairy, so I'll be gifting this butter bell crock. I've never used one, but I know some people love these things!

Quarterly Food & Home Subscription Review

Danesco Toast Holder - Value $13.50

Jonathan's Pure Maple Spoons spreader - Value $8

Verdict: This box wasn't for me. I haven't tried the jam yet - and I'm sure I'll love it, but the rest of the items aren't that exciting for me. (I may be in the minority with my opinion of this box since I avoid gluten and dairy).

I paid $50 for this box and received about $47 worth of products. In my opinion, the previous Food and Home box was a lot better, and after this box I decided to cancel my subscription. (I started out subscribing to about 10 Quarterly subscriptions, and now I'm trying to narrow down my subscriptions to boxes I truly love, and this one didn't make the cut).

What do you think of the Quarterly Food and Home #QFH03 box?

How funny, I would love this box. It’s the perfect brunch box – now I crave a toasted English muffin with jam.

I already have a butter keeper that I got last Christmas (after some serious searching and hinting, it was weirdly hard to find) but I think the toast holder is brilliant!

Wow I agree what a terrible box (and I eat dairy/gluten)! I’m ok with box values being lower than the cost of the box, but only when the products in the box are unique and I wouldn’t find them anywhere else. These are so common I could find them at WalMart. Thanks for your review, now I know this box is one I don’t want to subscribe to.

Oh, I can see why you cancelled. FYI, I just received the quarterly Bianca Jade Mizzfit box and loved it. I was a little concerned about the contents because I am a little older than her, but the box was perfect for any gym goer like me!!
