I always look forward to receive the colorful stickers!! I do not always have a use for it, but they are pleasing to the eye. I would pass on the postcard, but the value is great nonetheless.

I just started and in January, rather than receiving the January Pack, I received an 'introduction' pack. Its packaged beautifully and thoughtfully, the inserts and stickers are creative. I just wish they would skip the whole 'intro' pack and go right into the month you started in. I am looking forward to February and see what they offer/theme of the holiday. I also like that you can order separate packs on their site - one-off orders. I am currently at the $15 pack but I am considering the $10 pack - i really like them but only need so many every month.

I personally haven't had issues with customer service, as I got only 2 packs and immediately cancelled my subscription after. However, they have a lot of pretty generic stickers that I will never use. Try Stickii instead, they have sheets at a better price and they are very unique and made by individual artists!

I’ve been subscribing to Pipsticks (the pro club classic subscription) for a few months now. So far, I am happy with what I’ve received. Most of the stickers have been pretty cool, but there have been a few duds. They claim to curate “amazing” and “unusual” stickers from around the world, but some of their stickers are very plain and generic (like pastel pink hearts). You’ll get about 15 or so sheets of stickers, but there’s no theme or focus to the sticker packs. Each month, in addition to the stickers you’ll also receive a newsletter, stamped postcard, and a card with a motivational quote. These are super cute additions, but I really don’t have a use for them. You’ll also receive a raffle ticket for their giveaways, the winner of which is announced in the following month’s newsletter. Everything in packaged in a pretty glassine-type envelope. I really do like Pipsticks, but I’m not sure it’s worth $15 every month. As much as I’ve enjoyed the stickers, I think I might cancel my subscription after another month or two.

I'm a long-time subscriber. The regular stickers themselves are very good quality and it's true, they are super unique. I started with a subscription to the smaller adult pack, gradually subscribing to both big packs AND purchasing more stickers on top of that. I truly am sticker obsessed, and Pipsticks delivered....until they didn't. And I largely blame customer service and, likely, management. There is a LOT of throwing crap to the wall to see what sticks with this company. In the years I've been a subscriber, they have had more "we're sorry, we'll be better" social media posts (and, in this latest pack, even apologized IN their printed newsletter) than I can count. They're suuuuuper slow to ship and respond to ANY questions. Shipping is ridiculously expensive. And quality is suffering. They continue to release products and send canned "we're sorry" email replies, despite all of this, so I wonder if anyone at the top truly is listening. It's really sad to see.

Used to love love love this subscription, but currently half of us that are subscribers are now trying to get in touch with customer service because we received the wrong pack for September. We’ve been told that there are long wait times, they are training new staff, and we have heard the same response over and over again. They also turned off the comments on one of their post where we were all talking about this. I will not be giving my money to them anymore and I am incredibly surprised by how bad the service has been. In my experience, you have to work hard to do customer service this poorly

I’d love to write a review on the stickers I ordered sept 7th, but alas, I never received them. There’s no tracking (what??) and when I email customer support (twice now, for different issues) it’s a 3+ week delay in getting an email response. I was stoked to get some spooky October stickers, but seeing as it’s now nearly thanksgiving …. I’ll likely end up having to do a chargeback. Which is annoying and I hate doing that, but I’m also not willing to pay $30 for stickers that never even showed up.

Their customer service (or lack thereof) was the straw that broke the camel's back. They sent out incorrect packs to a huge number of subscribers in September and blamed their warehouse. Then, they stopped answering emails, and delete and shut off comments on Facebook and Instagram that aren't effusive praise. It took me a month to get a correct September pack. Then they just flat out didn't sent my October pack, and now won't reply to emails about it after responding to an old email about LAST month's issue instead of this one. It's unreal. Don't waste your money.

I've done sub boxes since 2015, including some pretty notorious (now) ones, so I'd like to think I am pretty understanding and patient. After eying this sub for a few years, I finally decided to get a 3-month sub on a really coupon, and added several extra sticker packs, too. Apparently, this company does not have the staff to handle the influx. Though I'd gotten dozens (dozens!) of marketing emails, nothing materialized in the mail past their published ship times...by a few weeks. That is, until I got an email that I was not going to get the advertised pack, because they had too many new subscribers! I reached out via email days later, and the response time is 2-3 WEEKS "to train new employees." I followed up on Social, only to get a canned PR message to be patient. And tonight, I got an email that my stickers were out of stock and a refund would be issued...but it's for LESS than I paid. Unreal. Look, I have an MA in PR and I would NEVER run a company like this. Ever ever ever. FAIL.
