Called to clarify what to do about my dog’s digestive issues since my vet couldn’t work her in. The feedback that her situation was critical and that I should get her to the emergency vet that day was helpful. It was also relieving to know it wasn’t life threatening. I did go in and she is better and recuperating. I love having a vet to consult with when I need it!

I have a ten month old pup, using pawp help determine that with the symptoms he was showing it was in fact an emergency, and needed to be seen right away, as long as you use common sense and actually show/ ask the right questions Pawp seems to be a winning idea

Well I ended up not needing to take my Ryker to the ER vet but the Pawp Veterinarian that helped me thru the app using video and pictures was absolutely AMAZING! My boy had a gastrointestinal upset and I followed everything she said and within like 28 hrs he was back to normal and feeling so much better, so NO vet visit at all! Thank u so much pawp for helping my sweet boy.🥰 This is my own words by the way, Pawp did NOT ask me to write what i wrote.

My dog was limping and we could tell he was hurting but it was nighttime and no vets open nearby to call. I found pawp and did a live chat with a vet to find out what I could give him. He told me what dosage of aspirin that I could give my big baby and it helped him a lot! He wasn’t hurting in a short time. Thank you so much for helping us out!

They are amazing and very helpful ill always suggest them i got my mom thinking about joining pawp now thank you guys for helping my baby boy he's finally eating a little bit now so just wanna say you guys rock thanks a million

Outstanding! I was able to talk to a Vet immediately about a general question about my pups health. They viewed my dog, and told me to call and ask my Vet for a product. I did, I got the prescription and my pup is fine now! A very good go between when you can’t see your vet right away!

Dear beloved, I'm MOST GRATEFULL for your "rescue" advice yesterday. I was worried sick about my baby's drinking and pooping noises... After that I still deciced to talk to vetenerian which examened and vaccined her after I took her from the shelter. I'm aware that I'm probably overreacting, because we're together almost 24/7, probably also because my former cat was the weakest in the liter and was sick all the time, but still live full life as possible for wonderfull 15 years, and she died from heart failiure about 6 months ago...So probobley I'm worrying too much because the experience... Anyway... I'm THANKING YOU FROM ALL MY HEART💖💖💖. Wishing you all the best

Very helpful through the whole process after my Abby was attacked. So grateful

My cat had been vomiting and refused food and drink for nearly 2 days. I called Pawp and was connected to a vet by CHAT. I sent a video and picture. The vet said it didn’t appear to be an emergency, and to follow up with his own vet. For one thing, how can they determine emergency by a couple of pictures? Also, with everything I’ve read, a cat can die fast if they dehydrate. Yet the vet didn’t call it an emergency, to release funds to cover his treatment. It turned out it WAS dire, as my cat had an infected abscess on his gum, that I did not see, and was only diagnosed by a hands on exam. He got antibiotics and pain meds, and is going to surgery. So now I am stuck paying 2k out of pocket! Pawp ad states “because you should never have to choose between a vet bill, and your pets life”. Really?? because if I couldn’t get a Care Card, I would’ve had to make the heartbreaking decision to end his life! This didn’t ease my financial burden. Serious condition, I still get the whole bill!

Not a reputable company. Did not pay 3k for an emergency bc I had no time to do a video call on my PC BEFORE going to the emergency vet. YES, they have the nerve to expect you to do that when your dog is bleeding to death. Impossibly strict policies will leave u paying out of pocket. Bad scam.
