I've had the subscription almost a year. It started our great. As long as I had 20 items in my closet, I was getting new deliveries each week with the 3 garment turn around.
The past month, I have had more than 20 items in my closet and end up with only 2 delivered due to lack of availability. It then delays my turn around time because you have to chose more items for your closet. Once the 3rd item is delivered, it's another few days added to your delivery.
Not every item is offered in every size to place in your closet. The more popular sizes are out due to demand, or they were never offered from the beginning.

I have been trying to cancel for months. I have emailed, left voice messages, to no avail. No reply from anyone. I contacted the Better Business Bureau who also tried to get ahold of someone and they couldn't either. The payment is still being deducted from my checking account, but I am no longer getting anymore rentals. Figure that one out! Do not use this rental service. I assume it must be some kind of scam.

I started my subscription in Jan 2022. It was great. My clothes came in a box. Neat and clean and there were always new arrivals every 2 weeks or so to keep things fresh! I would get my clothes 2-3 days after i finalized my box. The last 3 months have been awful and I'll be cancelling my subscription this month. The clothes no longer come in boxes but now come in plastic shipping bags. Every time I receive my clothes they are very wrinkled and there's always a makeup stain on them and I have to wash the clothing to get the stains off. Also the new arrivals on New York and Company Closet you CANNOT SELECT them to put in your box. Instead it says add to cart. So essentially new arrivals are not included in the box anymore, you have to buy them. Also 95% of the clothing are clearance items on the New York and Company Website and you can purchase them significantly cheaper. I do not recommend this subscription anymore!
