Cocotique Beauty Box Subscription Review – March 2021

I really enjoyed this month’s Cocotique box. There was a great mix of products from a lot of awesome brands. LottaBody’s curl stretcher is an amazing product that I was so happy to receive again. The brightening emulsion is from an awesome J-beauty brand that I was very excited to be able to try, and it has visibly smoothed and brightened my skin in just a few days. Ruby Kisses’ cocoa butter lip balm and Jellicious lip gloss are a perfect lip nourishing combo and complement each other well in this curation. Twisted Sista’s curl gel and Divine Essential’s moisturizing primer are another great combo from this box. When used together, they leave my hair feeling hydrated and luscious, while holding its style. The Edge Fixer Glued in Pineapple smells absolutely delicious and it is water-based, making it perfect for laying my edges without the worry of breaking out along my hairline. Ruby Kisses’ 24Hr Eye Definer is an easy-to-apply, comfortable-to-wear, soft pencil, and I love the surprise dusting of glitter. Hype’s toxic-free nail enamel is an absolutely beautiful color – I love the mint – and I’m happy to have something that is also super-safe to use. Lastly, the Palmer’s coconut oil body lotion, another repeat, but a wonderful staple that I’ve enjoyed in the past and will enjoy again. With a retail value of $60.25 on a $25 box, you get a large variety of products and your money’s worth. I was definitely impressed with this box!

Cocotique Beauty Box Review – February 2021

I think this month’s Cocotique box was the ideal self-care kit. There were several amazing hair products, including the Hask Deep Conditioner, the Dove Finishing Gel, the Hawaiian Silky Miracle Worker, and the Palmer’s 2-Step Hair Mask. All these products really worked beautifully for my curls, nourishing, hydrating, and making them look their best, all shiny, bouncy, and defined. I also received the BioSalute Hand Sanitizer, which is a perfect product for the situation we’re in right now – something everyone can use and will need. The Rael Organic Cotton Panty Liners is a wonderful period product. Super breathable and flexible for maximum wearing comfort on those days when you’re feeling so much less than comfortable as your uterus decides to be a raging b*tch. There’s also the Vitabath Body Cream, which is a very luxurious moisturizing product, perfect for any lover of lavender. Lastly, the Suave Conditioner – I really appreciate this product because it shows the brand is branching out to be more inclusive to all different types of hair while also keeping their notably cost-efficient price point. With a retail value of $38.90 on a $25 box, you get a large variety of products and your money’s worth.

I love COCOTIQUE! I have subscribed to various beauty boxes and this is the best one by far. The items are high quality and there is always something I would definitely purchase again. I use everything in the box and I'm building a great bath and beauty arsenal!

I signed up for this subscription and I must say, I was not pleased. I paid for a box on February 8, 2018. As if today, March 24, 2018, I have not received my box. If that was not enough, i have usps informed delivery, and usps says while the label has been printed they havent even shipped the package out yet! It has been over a month and a half. I understand processing may take time but this is ridiculous. Why call it a March box if I pay in February and get it in April? They have however already billed me for Aprils box (on March 8, 2018). I asked for a refund of my April box. I am not interested in paying someone a month in advance and not getting it in a timely manner. They canceled my subscription easily but told me they could not refund my April box! If I was to make the excuse that this is just a processing error. They just work very slow. Then they should be just as slow in processing my payments. Or in the very least, be as quick to refund my money as you are to take it.
