October's delivery came in a reusable cotton bag instead of their usual branded box. I love how Nourish Beauty Box keeps it simple; there is no literature that I feel pressured to read, just four full-sized products looking back at me.
Now, on to the items!
Kaleido Cosmetics' Skin Blush in Surrender - Retail Value $8
Kaleido makes some of the best blush products I've ever used. This light-as-a-feather blush delivers the perfect coral flush with minimal effort. The texture of this pigmented powder is silky smooth, and it feels totally weightless on the skin.
I am a cream blush consumer 99% of the time, but I like having powder options if I overdo it with dewy skincare or dewy base makeup.
Nourish Naturals' Tinted Lip Serum in Happiness - Retail Value $16
Tinted lip serum is putting it mildly; this is a very forgiving formula I consider as being full coverage. It feels so comfortable on the lips thanks to jojoba, safflower, and sunflower oils, and this pink shade seems like it could flatter any skin tone.
This gorgeous product wore on the lips for about an hour before the gloss started to lose its shine. I am thrilled to add another shade from this line to my collection, because this formula feels great, even on naturally dry lips.
Seraphine Botanicals' Glossing Milk in Cassis & Hibiscus - Retail Value $28
I am always looking for nourishing hair products that don't weigh down my fine hair. This glossing milk (love the name!!) promises to detangle and condition the hair with a synergy of Panthenol, hydrolyzed collagen, plant-derived emollients, and lipid-mimicking esters. It also helps to tame flyaways and frizz. I sprayed once into my palm and smoothed the product throughout my ends. It worked as an amazing detangler, and I loved the fresh floral fragrance.
Peony Cosmetics' Chameleon Powder Pigment in Urban Mist, Faithful Love & You Are Mine - Retail Value $54
Peony's Chameleon Powder Pigments come in a range of shades and textures; I am always excited to see these special effect powders in my Nourish Beauty boxes, and we got three to test out this month!

You Are Mine - This shade has a deep brown base with a green duochrome shimmer. It is a soft powder that blended out beautifully. I love this one as a all over the lid shade.
Faithful Love - This shade is more of a loose glitter than a pigmented eyeshadow. This one requires glitter glue, especially if you want the pink base to stick around. I applied a tacky glitter glue to my lids, and then I patted on this product with my finger tip. I love this romantic pink shade, and the glitter effect is bold and really fun to play with.
Urban Mist - I was surprised at how fine and silky smooth this shimmery pigment is. At first glance it looks like a stark white, but when the light hits it at the right angle, you get a magical icy blue shimmer.
Verdict
This month's Nourish Beauty Box was an exploration of colors and textures; I love it! I am already hooked on Kaleido's blushes and Nourish Naturals' lippies, and now I have three new eye pigments to play with this fall. I can also appreciate the Seraphine Glossing Milk, which my daughter and I will use all fall/winter long. October's box has a retail value of $106; you're getting six full-sized products for $39.95, a fantastic deal for anyone looking to expand and enhance their natural beauty arsenal on a budget.
