After years of clinical work in the hospital and running a busy pediatric practice, Sarah Rahal, MD was alarmed by the boom in chronic diseases she saw across young patients. After unearthing thousands of research publications attesting to the powerful health benefits of colostrum, Dr. Rahal launched ARMRA® in 2020 to rebuild health from the inside out. With over 400 bioactive nutrients, ARMRA Colostrum™ fuses nature’s first food with cutting-edge science, equipping your body to meet the modern world head-on.
This review is of the following products by ARMRA: Colostrum Unflavored Jar, Colostrum Soda Variety 12-Pack, Colostrum Blood Orange Travel Sticks.

What's Inside The Box
As a mom, having the opportunity to try ARMRA® hit close to home. I clearly remember how each of my newborns was sustained by mere drops of maternal liquid gold. It was truly amazing to witness the transformative and invigorating power of my own body's colostrum in developing both of my children during the first few days of their lives.
So when I saw there was a brand that offered grass-fed bovine colostrum supplements and drinks for adults, I immediately hopped on board. I wanted to see if I could enjoy the countless benefits of this incredible lifeforce too. Lucky for me, I got to try three different products from ARMRA® for this review:
Let's see what each one was like!
Unflavored ARMRA Colostrum™ Jar - $83.99 for Subscribers
Up first was ARMRA's flagship product! While the version I received was unflavored, it's also available in the following flavors for a few more dollars: Blood Orange, Vine Watermelon, Peach Persimmon, and Sungold Apricot.
I first tried dry scooping this product into my mouth, but quickly realized I preferred mixing it with water significantly more. Either way, the taste was overall neutral with a very light hint of sweetness. It mixed very easily with water, whereas dry scooping was a tad chunky (though not unpleasant). I actually mixed it into my morning iced coffee soon after my initial testing and decided to make it a part of my morning supplement ritual.
Being grass-fed bovine colostrum, it was very palatable, and I recognized the level of purity right off the bat. I'm definitely a fan of the unflavored option since it could easily be mixed into just about any beverage. I plan to start mixing all 4 of the recommended daily scoops into my morning iced coffee and look forward to seeing how it improves my immune system over the coming weeks.
ARMRA Colostrum Soda Variety 12-Pack - $44.99 for Subscribers
I was so excited to see that ARMRA started offering colostrum soda, especially given their unique flavors. If I had to rank the flavors in order of my personal preference, I'd say that Pear Ginger and Spicy Lime tied for first, Huckleberry was second, and Pomelo Basil came in third. Each version was relatively smooth to sip and reminded me of a gentler version of kombucha (tastewise, that is).
Pear Ginger presented a very small bite that wasn't as strong as fresh ginger, but balanced perfectly with its subtle sweetness. Spicy Lime, on the other hand, definitely had a kick to it (thanks to the cayenne), but was surprisingly refreshing. I didn't mind the tartness of Huckleberry, as it reminded me of a traditional Red Bull flavor, but I have to admit that Pomelo Basil was a bit too seasoned for my liking.
While I prefer the functionality and ease of the flagship powder, I could still see myself ordering this product on occasion (Dry January, perhaps?). The flavors were incredibly distinct, and I'd opt for the single-flavor case next time around.
ARMRA Colostrum Blood Orange Travel Sticks - $37.80 for Subscribers
The final product I tested was the on-the-go version of ARMRA's flagship product. Each box contains 30 individual packets, and this product is available unflavored and in three different flavors (Blood Orange, Vine Watermelon, and Peach Persimmon; Sungold Apricot wasn't available in the travel format at the time of testing).
Just like the first product, the packet's contents easily dissolved in water, and the final product was slightly tart but easy to consume. The flavor was very similar to that of Emergen-C, so I'd probably opt for Vine Watermelon next time so I could enjoy sipping on it while coaching out in the sun on the pool deck at practice or meets.
The Verdict
It was so much fun getting to try out ARMRA® for the first time! I enjoyed each of the products I tested, and while Unflavored ARMRA Colostrum™ was the clear winner for practicality, I loved how fun ARMRA Colostrum Soda was and would gladly keep some on hand for a special occasion. Next time around, I hope to try ARMRA Colostrum Performance Revival Jar, as I'm a huge fan of organic cacao and tart cherry-based products, but for now I'm beyond thrilled with my initial experience.
