CatLadyBox is a monthly subscription box for cat lovers—especially cat ladies or anyone crazy about cats! The CatLadyBox costs $35.99 per month and includes 2–3 cat-themed items such as wearables, home décor, books, and more. For $39.99 per month, the Crazy CatLadyBox includes everything in the regular CatLadyBox plus a few fun goodies just for your cat. Another option from Cat Lady is the Spoiled Cats Club, a subscription box designed specifically for cats. Priced at $18.99 per month, it includes three toys packed with "the stinkiest" certified catnip. You can also add a treat for an additional $4.00. Discounts are available when you purchase multiple months at once.

This is a review of the Spoiled Cats Club.

This box was sent to us at no cost for review. (Check out our editorial guidelines to learn more about how we review boxes.)

First Impressions

I absolutely adore kitty cats! In my 37 years, I have never known life without one, so when the opportunity to review the Spoiled Cats Club arrived, I snapped it right up. The little gal that will be helping me test out this box is my 18 year old best friend named Miley Mae. She has been with me through thick and thin, and while elderly, is still as sassy as ever. Let's dig in, shall we?!

Although I love most animals, cats have a special place in my heart! I have just one precious feline, and I was excited to see how she’d react to a slew of new toys and treats. Packaged in a plastic mailer, everything arrived in pristine condition—ready to be batted around!

Along with the items, the box also includes an info sheet that clearly states the package is to be delivered to the spoiled cat immediately—and that it is NOT for human kicks and purrs. Cutesy in design, the card also describes each included toy and lists its retail value. I definitely appreciated this month’s "Makin' Biscuits" theme—it made me really hungry! 🤣

The Breakdown – What’s Inside Spoiled Cats Club

Chef Charlie Catnip Toy - Listed Value $5.99

The first toy Miley received was a hilarious nod to Chef Boyardee. This little white chef hat with an embroidered face is super cute—and it’s even named after my son, Charlie! Filled with catnip, Miley definitely appreciated the scent, though she didn’t play with it much at first because she was distracted by her food. After lunch, however, she snuggled up with the toy on her poof and rubbed her face all over it. Adorable in design, this was a fun inclusion that she happily batted around before settling in for a nap.

Rolling Pin Kicker Toy - Listed Value $6.99

Biscuits can’t be made without a rolling pin, so here we are! This larger toy features an absolutely adorable cat silhouette print that makes it even more fun. It rolls around easily on the floor, and Miley seemed to enjoy this one more than some of the other toys. The dogs were pretty interested in it too, so it has officially been moved to a shelf out of their reach and only comes out when Miley has some alone time to play.

Biscuit Buddy Catnip Toy - Retail Value $5.99

The last toy we received was an actual biscuit. Made with embroidered eyes and a little felt tongue, it’s fluffy and cute—Miley especially liked the little tongue detail. Overall, this set is adorable, and the coordination is excellent!

Loving Pets Flavor Fullz Filled Treats For Cats - Retail Value $5.99

This month, I also received the treat option. The bag contained a generous 3 ounces and was packed full—Miley really appreciated the addition! Square-shaped with a soft chicken-flavored center, she gobbled these treats up in no time and was soon begging for more.

Value – Was This Box Worth It?

The Cost: $18.99 per month (with a 6-month plan)+ free US shipping. Month-to-month cost is $22.99.

Value Breakdown:

  • Chef Toy: $5.99
  • Rolling Pin Toy: $6.99
  • Biscuit Toy: $5.99
  • Treats: $5.99

While the toys in this box are bespoke to the subscription, I was able to find a store to purchase the treats. Between the listed values and online values, the value of this box adds up to $24.96. This is only a slight bit higher than the six month savings, but you do receive themed toys you cannot find elsewhere.

Key Takeaways

Cats are my absolute favorite animal (especially when my dogs are being extra naughty), and I love spoiling little old Miley any way that I can. I was pleasantly surprised by how much Miley interacted with the toys, especially the biscuit, the rolling pin, and of course the treats. The “Makin’ Biscuits” theme was extra cute, and my kids loved tossing the toys around to each other and to the cat. Overall, I was impressed, though I’d like to see a little more value in future months.
