First Impressions
I absolutely adore kitty cats! In my 37 years, I have never known life without one, so when the opportunity to review the CatLadyBox arrived, I snapped it right up. The little gal that will be helping me test out this box is my 17 year old best friend named Miley Mae. She has been with me through thick and thin, and while elderly, is still as sassy as ever. Let's dig in, shall we?!
Although I love most animals, cats are where it's at for me! I only have one precious feline, but I absolutely adore this subscription. Seeing this purple cardboard box with the kitty silhouette, is a highlight of my month. Packaged in white tissue paper held together by a sticker, it presents as a lovely gift that has the potential to hold anything from cat-themed jewelry, clothes, home decor, and more, plus you'll get a few treats for your furbaby, too.
Along with the items, this box also includes an info sheet—and guess what?! The custom artwork is back! After a few months of receiving a plain-colored content card, we’ve been graced once again with kitty art. This postcard was created by Angie Rozelaar and features the cutest Siamese kitty wrapped in a pink scarf. While it’s not technically an included item, I’ve really missed this feature and have loved seeing this pop of color on my fridge!

Good Taste Cats Tee - Listed Value $24.99
The first item we received was a T-shirt! Made from ultra-soft fabric, this tee definitely gives off a vintage vibe with its kitty print. Featuring four fluffy kittens, it brought back all the nostalgia—one of the mama cats I had as a little girl had kittens that looked just like these! Cute in design and paired with a sweet saying, this shirt is sure to elicit lots of comments from my adorable kindergarteners on Monday. Worn with black slacks and my jean jacket, it was the perfect nod to my love of cats—and it’s seriously so comfy to wear!
Whisker Wine Glasses - Listed Value $19.99
Christmas is almost here, and our family has been having so much fun making “mocktails.” It felt like the Cat Lady Box knew I needed some new fancy glasses, because we’d been drinking out of mismatched plastic ones! This set of stemless wine glasses features an adorable gold cat nose and whiskers, giving the perfect nod to cat lovers everywhere. Generously sized, they’re a bit larger than some of my other glasses, which makes drink mixing even more fun. Charlie wanted some homemade lemonade, so we created a cranberry lemon spritzer and added all the garnishes! Perfect for toasting and celebrating the upcoming season, this was a wonderful inclusion that I’ve already gotten a lot of use out of.
Cat Walk Collection Socks - Retail Value $27.99
I really loved the wine glasses and thought they were my favorite item this month—but then I caught sight of this sock set, and now I’m having a hard time deciding which I like more! This set of five different pairs of socks is absolutely epic. Bold and colorful in both print and design, each pair features a different kind of kitty, and they’re all adorable. I prefer a thinner sock over a thick one, so these were exactly what I needed. They even have little ears that pop up above the cuff! I honestly don’t think it gets any cuter than these.
Friendly Monster Catnip Toy - Retail Value $5.99
Look at this silly girl! This month, we received two catnip toys, and the first one is shaped like a little yeti monster. White in color and made from soft fleece fabric, the design and embroidery are absolutely adorable. As I’ve mentioned before, Miley can be a bit touch-and-go with toys, and as you can see here, she’s more interested in the Christmas tree and presents than in her own toy. That’s okay, though—the boys like to toss it around for her, and she’s perfectly happy rubbing up against everyone and checking out what’s going on around her.
Pe-Purr-Mint Catnip Toy - Listed Value $6.99
The last item we received was another catnip toy, and Miley did seem to appreciate that it was made from a silky fabric that let some of the catnip dust through. Shaped like a peppermint candy, this toy was very festive and fit our Christmas décor perfectly. While Miley didn’t really play with this toy, she did lay on it for a bit—and it looks adorable next to our Christmas presents!
Isn’t this girl just the cutest? I am so extra thankful this holiday season that Miley has recovered and is back to her spunky little self!

I love the variety of items and functionality, each and every item I received this month was loved and used!
