Bath Bevy is a subscription box for those who love self care. Each month subscribers will receive a thoughtfully curated box featuring bath bombs, bath salts, and other bath products from various indie brands. If you aren't a fan of baths, Bath Bevy even has a Tubless subscription option, where you'll receive handmade bath and body goodness without a single item that requires running a bath. When you subscribe to Bath Bevy, you can expect to bathe in luxury no matter if you're standing in a shower or sitting in a tub.

This is a review of the Tubless Bath Bevy box, which will not send bath bombs, bubble bars, or any other bathing product you need a bathtub for.

This box was sent to us at no cost for review. (Check out our editorial guidelines to learn more about how we review boxes.)

First Impressions

May is here, and with it comes some truly unpredictable weather. Last week, we had multiple days in the 90s, and now we’re under a frost advisory—with a chance of snow! I honestly don’t even know what to think. Because it got so hot, my husband decided it was time to shut down the furnace for the season... and now our house is sitting at a chilly 64 degrees. Daily hot showers have become a must just to stay warm! Thankfully, this month’s Tubless Bath Bevy box arrived at just the right time. Filled with ultra-luxurious, relaxing, and tubless items, it’s easily one of my absolute favorites—and it’s been a lifesaver in helping me stay warm and cozy. Read on to see exactly what I received.

I have to say, each and every month I look forward to receiving this beautiful blue and white box in the mail. Packaged so delicately with crinkle paper, tissue paper, and a sticker to top it off, this truly is presented like a gift. PLUS this box is heavy! It's packed with goodies, and includes an info sheet detailing all of the products included.

Bath Bevy "Treat Yourself" Tubless May 2025 Review

Grapefruit Tangerine Shower Steamer Cube - Retail Value $9.00

While bath bombs are definitely a favorite in our house, filling the tub with enough hot water to enjoy one takes time—and a lot of water. With our schedules as hectic as they are right now, showers are the way to go. Thankfully, the next best thing to a bath bomb we've found is a shower steamer. This month, Bath Bevy sent a cube that’s cleverly designed with grooves to break into four smaller squares—perfect for up to four showers! The Grapefruit Tangerine scent is absolutely amazing; it smells just like a fruity drink and instantly creates an invigorating, spa-like atmosphere. These steamers bring a fun and refreshing element to the shower and leave the bathroom smelling heavenly. While they don’t last the entire time if placed directly in the water stream, starting them there and then scooting them out of the direct flow helps prolong the bubbly aroma for the duration of your shower, which is definitely a win!

Soy Candle by No Ennui - Retail Value $8.00

Baths and showers are relaxing on their own, but adding a candle takes the experience to the next level. This month, we received a tin soy candle topped with the cutest little plastic macaron embellishment! Made with a cotton wick and phthalate-free fragrance, the Almond Macaron scent smells just like a freshly baked treat. Though a simple addition to the box, this candle—along with the included matches—added a soothing touch that made the whole experience feel even more indulgent and relaxing.

Body Powder - Retail Value $9.00

The next item we received was a two-ounce container of body powder. I don’t typically use this type of product often, but I’ve found it surprisingly handy as a dry shampoo. Made with arrowroot powder, kaolin clay, fragrance, and aspen bark extract, it’s all-natural and free from talc and baking soda. It's also naturally antimicrobial, which gave me an idea—I might start sprinkling a little in my kids' shoes to help keep them from getting too smelly. I’d much rather catch a whiff of the sweet Black Currant Vanilla scent than sweaty little toes!

Vanilla Bean Whipped Soap - Retail Value $15.00

Whipped soap is definitely one of my family’s favorite items in the Tubless Box, and this month’s Vanilla Bean version might just be the best we’ve ever received. The scent is a little more subtle than some of the bolder options, but it smells exactly like frosting—and even looks like it, too! It lathers beautifully whether you use a washcloth, loofah, or just your hands, and its creamy texture makes it extra fun to use. I’ve heard from other moms how tough it can be to get their kids into the bath or shower—meanwhile, mine don’t want to get out! Thank you, Bath Bevy, for making shower time something we all look forward to!

French Lavender Handmade Soap - Retail Value $10.00

I’m a big fan of using aromatherapy to manage my anxiety, and my all-time favorite scent is lavender—so you can imagine how excited I was to find French Lavender handmade soap in this month’s box! With its beautiful dusty purple hue, this lovely bar smells just like the earthy, natural lavender I grow on my patio—and I absolutely love it. It creates a soft, bubbly foam and releases a calming scent each time I use it, helping to bring my cortisol levels down and making my daily routine feel a bit more peaceful. A perfect addition to an already amazing box!

Spot of Tea Body Wash - Retail Value $12.00

The last item I received ended up being one of my son’s favorites. While body wash might not seem as exciting as a bath foamer or shower steamer, he absolutely loves the pearlescent hues and the way it creates bubbles while still working as a soap. He especially enjoys using the empty bottles to mix “potions” and pretend he’s a scientist! This month’s “Spot of Tea” scent had a natural, soothing aroma that was definitely a win. It paired perfectly with my loofah sponge, creating a rich lather that did a fantastic job of getting even the dirtiest skin clean—while making the shower feel like a calming escape. A great way to end the May box!
