The Mindful Box is a monthly subscription from Mindful Souls, a landing place for those interested in spirituality, personal growth, crystals, and more. Mindful Souls focuses on simplifying and demystifying the concept of spiritual improvement, making it more accessible and understandable for everyone. The Mindful Box is meant as a holistic self-care delivery. Each box contains 6-8 mindful items such as crystals, aromatherapy, and other self-love tools.

From where are the crystals sourced?
Mindful Souls shares that all their gemstones are 100% natural and come with a certified authenticity seal from a reputable lab. These certificates are available to browse (see here). Each item is ethically sourced from its native location, with no salesman in the middle. As such, they are able to offer quality crystals at a reasonable price.
Good to know
The Mindful Box functions on a rolling subscription model. When you place your order, your box will ship the next business day, and then on the 7th of each month after that. During checkout, there will be a box that tells you exact dates. Most boxes arrive within 2-6 business days, though some may take up to 14 depending on your location.
What's Inside The Mindful Box?

The Mindful Box arrives with enchantingly designed packaging, enclosed securely by a branded sticker. Inside, everything is carefully tucked into a canvas drawstring bag and further cushioned by black paper sizzle.

Right on top, waiting to greet you, is an information pamphlet that lists each item of the month. They give uses and associations about each in a straightforward, easily approachable, and easy to digest way. A note at the bottom advises that you cleanse your new crystals by letting them sit under running water for 5-10 minutes, be it at home or in nature.
Also included is a sticker and an affirmation card.
Citrine Point

Citrine is a stone believed to bring warmth, energy, optimism, comfort, and strength. Our Mindful Box guide incorporates information about how this citrine point can be used in chakra work, warming the core to radiate power and centeredness. This small piece of citrine is a perfect shape and size for a pocket carry, at times when you want to manifest abundance in new possibilities.
Tree of Life Necklace

This crystal wrap necklace is a clear quartz stone decorated with a tree bearing amethyst and green aventurine leaves. The guide gives information on how to program the quartz with your intentions, and of course a purpose-filled crystal would be all the more meaningful to wear. It's beautiful, isn't it? Having friends who've made crystal wraps, I recognize the care and expertise that went into this one.
From an accessorizing perspective, I love the length of the included chain and how it lays on my neckline.
Snowflake Obsidian Turtle

I had never heard of snowflake obsidian, but learned here that it's known as the "mirror stone," believed to reflect Evil Eye energy back to the sender. It is associated with protection from harm and to break bad luck. The turtle shape is a symbol of success and patience, among other virtues. It's a delightful size, and feels so nice curled into my hand that I mindlessly carried it around with me throughout the day. The markings of the snowflake obsidian are quite mesmerizing, and the rounded carvings of the turtle are welcoming and satisfying to run my fingers over.
Red Aragonite

What an amazing stone! Red aragonite is said to be stabilizing and helpful to those who have focused on calling in more harmony. Is this not every spiritual journeyer's great endeavor at some point or another? Not only are the radiating columns of texture so enticing in this stone, the color variation is fascinating. While I have carried stones with me, I've never meditated on one visually, but the appearance of this stone seems like a great invitation to try it.
Citrine Bracelet

Citrine appears again, its light and happiness taking the shape of a beaded bracelet. The box guide shares that wearing it strengthens your will, motivation, and determination — what an agreeable energy to bring along, and so beautifully.
I have a relatively small wrist, and I was pleased that this bracelet doesn't hang too loose on me. Though it does have room, so I would imagine it would work for a wide range of wrists.
Charcoal Black Face Mask

Charcoal is good for shucking away impurities, and this black charcoal face mask will help you to peel away those which clog pores. I am not a fan of face masks, but I have friends who are, and I'm glad that this box contains something I'll be able to share with people I love.
Value - Was This Box Worth It?

The Mindful Box promises to send 6-8 items that add up to a value of $120 or more. My December 2023 box contained 6 items — three crystals, two pieces of jewelry containing many stones, and one face mask. Because The Mindful Box does not provide suggested retail values, and because the cost of crystals varies widely depending on a slew of factors including shape, size, purity, sourcing, and more, there is no way to calculate specific values within the box. However, each item breaks down to $6.61 each, which feels like a fantastic deal for everything within. The quality and care of the curation and of each individual piece is evident.
To Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Possibly. Boxes are set up to be sent in a sequence, with varying start points. While this may not be your first box, it may be your second or fourth.
