As I mentioned last month, I am not much of a traveler, but as we are in the midst of yet another winter storm, I am dreaming of all of the tropical places! With all of the flooding and snowing we have happening here in northern Minnesota, I have to say, Wicked Good came in the nick of time to help save my sanity through aromatherapy. With tropical scents that don't disappoint, read below to see what we discovered in this month's Wicked Good box!
What's Inside This Box
"Passion Fruit Luminaire" Perfume Oil Roller, 10 mL - Listed Value $18
This month's perfume oil roller encompassed all of the tropical flavors, and utilized a plastic roller ball instead of a metal one. With this change, I can appreciate the fact that it lets a little more oil through for a stronger flow. Featuring notes of tangerine, peach nectar, passionfruit, jasmine, and tonka, this oil is ultra sweet and has me literally craving a peach margarita paired with a white sand beach. While it hits pretty strongly at first, it wears down nice, and is the perfect accessory to a flowy skirt and jean jacket!
"Orchid Luster" Perfume Spray, 1 oz - Listed Value $29
Another great fit for this month's "Tropical Luminescence" theme was this 'Orchid Luster' fragrance. Contained in a spray bottle with pretty pink crystals, this perfume spray not only smells lovely by itself, but layered with the included oil as well. With notes of fresh orchid, white musk, greenery, pink jasmine, sea salt, and ozone, I can really detect the orchid and jasmine aromas and find it extremely rejuvenating and relaxing. While it may not match the Minnesota weather we are currently having, it is definitely giving me something to look forward to, and I appreciate that very much!
"Sage Brilliance" Shower Steam Spray
While the third item's bottle is labelled "Perfume Spray", the product list has it described as "shower steam spray" and I am intrigued! Packaged in a larger bottle, this spray features notes of citrus, pineapple, rosemary, sage, anise, and green leaves. Because sage is one of the stronger scents in this spray, I was hooked, and loved adding it to my water stream in the shower. I have never tried this type of product before, and I have to say, I am happy it is such a large bottle! Creating a spa-like experience, my nose is happy, and it was ultra-relaxing!
"Dragon Fruit Radiance" Charcoal Incense
I haven't used a lot of incense in my day, but I remember seeing this cone type incense in Hot Topic when I was in my late teens. Because I've never used these, I had to research how to burn, and found it really soothing. I'm not sure if it's because of the weather or time of year, but my anxiety has been increasing lately, and I'm utilizing all of the self-care tricks I can think of to de-escalate. These cones include notes of peach, baby powder, firefly heather, wildflowers, and musk, and also encompass the tropics beautifully. Not only do they describe their scents heavenly, but they truly do capture all of the flavors. I love a smokey scent, and that paired with these tropical bursts is amazing. Watching the slow burn of the incense did indeed bring my heart rate down and help me to relax before bed.

The perfume spray and roller have a total listed value of $47, which is $14 over the cost of this month's box. That's an average of about $8.25 for each of the 4 items.
This month's Wicked Good box was fantastic at encompassing a tropical vibe and has me wishing to be anywhere but Minnesota. Though the flurries are flying, I am ready to move into my spring wardrobe, and found this month's scents to pair perfectly with my strappy sandals and skirts. Because aromatherapy is a huge component in dealing with anxiety, I truly appreciated the inclusions of the shower spray and incense this month, as those anxious thoughts have been a little more prominent lately than usual. As always, I am left very impressed. I am already looking forward to May's curation. What did you think of this month's Wicked Good box?
