Another fun bag design from So Susan! I have been loving their bags recently–this one isn't as fun as the last two summery bags we received, but it is a bright, unique pattern and roomy bag that will come in handy during the fall.

This palette combines a few of my favorite features of highlighters. I love an ethereal color scheme; blues, purples, and pinks make fun and unique highlights for the face that really accentuate a cool or neutral skin tone. The creamy texture of this palette makes it so user friendly: dip a finger into your chosen color, swipe, and you're done! The product literally melts into your skin thanks to castor seed and avocado oils that hydrate the skin while giving you a subtle glow.

By now I think everyone knows how much I love getting makeup or skincare tools in any subscription. I love trying new brands, and I don't think I've had to buy any makeup brushes for the last two years. I really don't have to clean them often, either, because of how many I've accumulated. This brush is not only fun, but it is also functional. I actually used it to blend my stick foundation, but I think it would make an excellent cheek brush, especially with cream products. Its soft bristles didn't take long to get even coverage.
Trifle Cosmetics Eye Candy in Cupcake - Retail Value $14.00
Trifle Cosmetics makes an excellent foiled shadow. I love the texture and application of both colors above. The look I did (pic below!) took me about 30 seconds to blend out, and I was really happy with the outcome. I dipped my brush into the cranberry shade for the outer corner and did the same for the silver in my inner corner. I then went back to the cranberry shade and added a little where they meet to blend the colors together. It was quick, easy, and I'd totally wear this look again.
So Susan Cosmetics Lip Dew in Cherry Gleam - Retail Value $19.00

Tinted balm is 100% my jam. I love wearing a moisturizing and glossy lip, and this formula is phenomenal. It smells a little like candy, and I can't complain about the taste, either. I was so impressed with how this applied, that I actually multitasked and dabbed it on my cheeks for a monochrome lip & blush look. I might actually like this color more on my cheeks than on my lips.

I am wearing all of the products from this month's bag in this photo. Like I said above, I'd totally wear this eye look again, but what pulls it all together is the lip and cheek. This will likely be my new go-to for a quick makeup look this fall.
Verdict
This month's So Susan Color Curate was awesome! I loved each product, and I'll absolutely be revisiting each find a lot in the foreseeable future. My favorite product has to be the So Susan Lip Dew in Cherry Gleam. It is the perfect color for a lip and cheek flush, and it doesn't hurt that it smells and tastes yummy. This sub included 5 full-sized products (including this month's bag), and I think the retail value of $114 is fantastic for a $20.95 subscription!
