We now have the Choice Spoilers for the July 2022 Ipsy Glam Bag Plus-- choice time for the Plus Bag is open from June 2 to June 3. You can select three of the items in your bag.

(More July 2022 Ipsy Glam Bag Plus spoilers are here.)

Here are the five items you may get to choose from:

ITEM BEAUTY Boost Juice Dual-Ended Lash Primer & Colored Mascara in Blue & Lilac

Don’t be intimidated by colored mascara. Pick the right shade of pigment, and you’ll be left with colored lashes that are unique but still subtle enough to wear during your grocery-store run. This formula from TikTok star Addison Rae’s brand ITEM BEAUTY features a pretty lilac side (which volumizes with dense fiber bristles) and a vibrant blue side (which helps visibly volumize, lengthen, and nourish). You can wear each shade alone or as a boosting base before your go-to black mascara.

MOTD COSMETICS Seas the Day Makeup Brush Set

Prep, prime, conceal, and apply your eye look with this travel-friendly brush set. We love using the MOTD 01 Brush for concealing dark circles, the MOTD 02 Brush for applying eyeshadows, and the MOTD 03 Brush for blending eyeshadows till they look seamlessly diffused onto the skin. Use all three brushes together whenever you need to make your eyeshadow look pop.

VAMIGAS Rosa Mosqueta Infused Lip Oil in Valentina & Sofia

VAMIGAS is a beauty and wellness brand created by Latinas using simple, naturally derived botanicals from Latin America. The hero ingredient in these nourishing lip tints is rose mosqueta oil, which has been used for centuries by people native to the Araucana region of Chile and passed down through generations of families to heal skin ailments. It’s a rich source of vitamin A, vitamin C, and omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which can help keep your skin healthy and supple.

KIMCHI CHIC BEAUTY Thailor Bronzer in 03 I Went to Venice

Adorable packaging aside, there are so many reasons you’ll love this bronzer. To name just a few, the formula is buttery and buildable (no streakiness here!); the shade is a beautiful, natural-looking bronze (say goodbye to looking orange); and the pigment has major color payoff (so your product lasts longer). P.S.: We’ve got all the tips you need for applying bronzer for your face shape.

WINGME COSMETICS Ambitious Violet Palette

Purple eyeshadows are having a moment. Why not make your violet-hued dreams come true with this unique palette? The top row of four matte shades is ideal for applying a base layer and blending, while the bottom row of four shimmers is what you want for highlighting your brow bone, inner corners, or sweeping all over your lids. Feel like keeping things low-key? Dip a precise eyeshadow brush into Tempest, the deep purple shade, then run it along your lower lash line for subtle definition that wows.

The following add-ons are also available:

  • BENEFIT COSMETICS BADgal BANG! Volumizing Mascara
  • SMASHBOX COSMETICS Original Smooth & Blur Primer
  • SONÄGE SKINCARE Baby Frioz Mini Icy Globes
  • JUICE BEAUTY Stem Cellular Anti-Wrinkle Retinol Overnight Serum
  • SKYLAR Vanilla Sky Rollerball

It’s ok if you want mascara and highlighters because that’s all I ever get!! I have enough of both to last for the next couple years. Not renewing that’s for sure. I’m close to Sephora so I’ll go there and get better products

I had paused my subscription for July, but then I saw these spoilers and really wanted the lip oil and kind of wanted the palette, so I contacted Ipsy and requested to “unpause,” which they responded to and went ahead and billed my account. Unfortunately, I did not receive options to choose either of these items, and the lip oil was also sold out as an add-on. 🙁 So I paid $30 for stuff I don’t want. Ugh!

I’m beginning to wonder if there’s a reason to subscribe to anything American anymore. I ordered 2 boxes this past month from across the pond and they are so superior. ugh!

Can anyone tell me, if I cancel my monthly bag, can I still order from the website?

EL Guillory

Yup. It’s what I’ve been doing for months!

Thanks!

Don’t see much I want. Glad I canceled.

I’ve never even heard of these spoiler brands 🙁

I think Item Beauty is sold at Sephora. I’ve never seen KimChi and the brushes outside of sub boxes. The other two? Nope. The WingMe palette isn’t even on their sketchy website. Raise the price for THIS? I think not, IPSY. I canceled my Glam Bag and will skip this pitiful GBP. I will likely cancel when I can redeem my points on something I want. I pulled the plug on Allure too. Boxy is on thin ice, but I stay for the Drop Shop.

@stephanie Per BusinessWire, KimChi Beauty is part of Bespoke Beauty Brands, LLC launched by Toni Ko, a serial entrepreneur who graced the cover of Forbes, “Richest Self-Made Women” issue in 2016. After starting affordable beauty brand NYX Cosmetics in 1999…
So, KimChi is founded and owned by an American woman. It’s inexpensive, similar to her other brand, NYX. Doesn’t mean it’s similar to DLS or Alibaba products. It might be made in China, but so are many things from Smashbox, Stila, Sephora, and other high end brands.

Melissa

I haven’t done any research into the KimChi brand and where it is made, etc. What I do know is that it is the brand for KimChi the drag queen.

Item Beauty is that Addison Rae chick. I don’t know anything about her except that she is an influencer or whatever they are called.

Stephanie

KimChi is a private label-rebranded product made in China. It’s similar to DLS products. They buy from Alibaba- slap their label on and pretend it’s some great brand when in reality you can buy their products for less than a dollar. I was curious on this brand when it first came out and searched them online…just another junk brand.

Cheryl

KimChi Beauty has their own brand website, which I’ve purchased from. If you’re into highlighters, they’ve got some stellar products. I like their liquid eyeshadows, too. I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve purchased from them.
I agree with your other comments about the declining quality of Ipsy. I’ve cancelled both my bags.

Aligene

Please Help!! Is anyone still waiting on the June glam bag plus?? I’m worried…😫

Me too! I did get an email today stating that my bag will arrive in July! It supposedly shipped on 6-4, but never updated, then the tracking disappeared and said invalid!

From what I see and read here and Ipsy page I am in for the skin care, but I do want the pink and blue mascara, go great with my green eyes!

ipsy have sent me the KimChi blush and also the loose powder, and I must say that both are terrific quality. The powder especially is very finely milled and I use it every day to cover the shine from sunscreen. It makes my face feel silky. If they offer me this bronzer as a choice, I may very well take it.

And the drawstring bag is pretty! Doesn’t happen every month.
