While last month only featured perfumes, this month we had a few fun surprises like a tinted lip balm and a cute candle!

We received this little card describing this month's theme of "Tainted Love" and it gave us a breakdown of the four items inside.
"Love Potion" Soy Candle

How cute is this candle? I love the candy pink tin (definitely reusing it!) and the little pink gems in the candle are such a nice touch! The scent is juicy orange, pineapple, maraschino cherry, and vanilla marshmallow which sounds like a delicious cocktail to me! It is just a nice fresh, fruity scent that is warmed up a bit by the vanilla marshmallow. It burned well and filled our decently-sized living room with a great cozy aroma!
"Tainted Love" Lip Tint

More cute packaging! This lip tint doesn't have any ingredients listed, but it is scented with dried cherry, spearmint, and basil. I thought that was such an interesting combination, but I mostly pick up on the cherry and a hint of basil. The tint itself is more like a lip balm, not sticky at all and with just the faintest tint as it soothed my dry lips. It would be great by itself or paired with a bolder color to help it stand out and add a bit of shine!
"Dead Sexy" Perfume Oil Roller, 10 ml - Listed Value $20

Our perfume roller this month is a blend of deep vanilla, exotic wood, white orchid, and ebony, which certainly does sound like a sexy combination! The scent is very warm and rich, but not incredibly strong or overwhelming. It would be great for layering, but is also a great scent for a romantic night out or in...Unfortunately, some of the scent seems to disappear when I wear it, but that might be different for everyone since it could have to do with your body chemistry.
"Rose Noir" Perfume Spray, 1 oz - Listed Value $39

The perfume spray this month is a bit bolder with cardamom, freesia, grapefruit, red berries, lily of the valley, raspberry, rose Damascena, violet, jasmine, moss, musk, patchouli, and cistus labdanum. Wow, that's quite the list! Despite having a long list of ingredients, it comes across as a light, bright scent with notes of the fruit and just a bit of musk and powdery florals for me. I really like how fresh and vibrant it is!
