We've got the first spoiler for December 2021 The Box By Fashionsta!

The Box By Fashionsta is a monthly beauty box (up to $180 in value) brought to you by the online beauty store, Fashionsta, for $24.99/month with free shipping. Each box will include 5-7 full-size makeup, skincare, and other self-care products. They seem to focus on smaller indie brands that may be new to you, so it's a great way to discover companies that haven't blown up in popularity yet. They also have The Box For Men ($29.99/month).

They took money for December and again in January 2022. No response to my inquiries for a refund. Even though their letter stated there would be refunds. This was my favorite box! Really mad and bummed!

Looks like they are going to file for bankruptcy, imo. Check out the details on the youtube video by subscription sisters, titled, “The Box by Fashionsta 2022 THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!” The situation is detailed in the video and info and a link are provided in the details box for you to file a fraud report with the ftc.

I received an email saying the subscription is on pause like a week ago. They will ship Decembers box and refund January. Not sure why MSA hasnt posted this.

We apologize for leaving everyone in the dark and ceasing communication over the last few weeks. Unfortunately we are another small business that’s struggling to survive the economic impact of the pandemic. The rise in product prices, shipping costs doubling, and hundreds of cancellations due to economic reasons, have left us dealing with some hard choices to navigate.
THE BOX by Fashionsta will be taking a pause.
Below is a breakdown of what we’re currently working through:
December Boxes + Winter Sale Items: Are all packed and in our warehouse awaiting clearance for shipping. Once your box is en-route to you, a tracking number will be emailed.
December Mens Boxes: Will be refunded.
January Payment: We will be processing refunds for all January payments
February: All of your accounts have been paused
Prepaid Subscriptions: Your accounts have been paused
We truly apologize for any inconvenience and confusion this has caused, and appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate through this pause as gracefully as possible.

I am still waiting on my December 20 21 and my January 20 22 boxes I have not heard I had any response from the company I would like my money either returned or have my boxes shipped I have canceled my subscription so nobody else can take any more money out of my account and just waiting on a response back or get my boxes mailed please what makes it hard as I really did like the subscription

They took the website down. Make sure to contact you bank to prevent any more charges going through on your card! See my other post, if they approve it, about the details surrounding the shady practices going on. I saw subscription sisters YouTube video about it posted 3 days ago.

I still have had no response from Leslie about when the December or January boxes would be mailed…I have cancel my subscription…The money has been removed out of my account….It’s to bad cause I really liked this subscription

When will they ship December 2021 and January 2022 boxes? I have The Box and Men’s Box subscription and still waiting for these 4 boxes to be shipped. They have not communicated, but took the money for both months. I skipped February.

Has anyone received any updates or tracking information for December’s box? The last update I received was on Jan. 6th stating that they hoped to resume packing this week.

Still haven’t received December box. Over a week ago I received email stating box would be delayed (first excuse for December box delay was issue with retailer. Second excuse was Covid). In the email, they offered to refund my $ for December box. I took them up on the offer of refund. Well, no refund, no box and no reply to my emails. Beyond shady. I canceled.

I still have not had any shipping updates since Jan. 6th. I am on an annual plan which only started in October, so I have only received 2 boxes at this point. I just emailed customer service telling them that I have not had any shipping updates in two weeks and to give me a shipping date for my box. I will post when or if they actually respond.

I think everyone does. Msa is unfortunately just a shell of what it used to be. It’s basically Msa in name only.
