Inside the Fall 2021 Box

Included in our box is a card listing all products and information about the small women-owned businesses featured this month.

Reusable Bowl Cover, Small 6.5" – Estimated Value $7.50

Purchase a set of two fabric bowl covers for $15.

Happy Fall ya'll!  While I'm sad summer has come to an end, I am beyond ready to nap in my sweats, drink a nice warm cup of hot chocolate, and make soup. This next item will come in handy when storing food items this fall while also helping to reduce plastic waste in the kitchen. The fabric cover serves as an alternative to plastic wrap. This cover is a S and I sadly didn't have any bowls this small to try it out. However, there are additional size covers on Your Green Kitchen's site for larger bowls. I plan on purchasing additional sizes because the print is adorbs, it's reusable, and I'm doing my part in reducing plastic waste.

Province Apothecary Toner, 110 ml – Estimated Value $42.00

The change of seasons tend to make my face act out. After trying this toner, I'm confident the product will help to keep my skin "change of seasons" stress-free! Toning is a really important part to the skincare routine and I love that this toner uses certified organic ingredients to help hydrate and nourish the skin. The spray felt refreshing and the smell of rose and geranium was pleasant. I sometimes like to spritz myself in the middle of the day as a light refresher.

Tongue Cleaner  – Retail Value $8.00

I was just introduced to tongue cleaners last year, and when I tell you - life-changing! Even with brushing your tongue with a toothbrush, there is often dead skin cells and bacteria left behind. The tongue cleaner rids your tongue of bacteria allowing your mouth to feel fresher, smell better, and be overall healthier. I've noticed my mouth isn't as dry too when I use my tongue cleaner. I love the rose gold color of this item. It helps to make tongue cleaning chic 🙂

Passport Holder –  Estimated Value $45.00

The first thing I did after I got vaccinated was booked a trip! I can't sit still, I want to go everywhere. This passport holder will make a great accessory to my passport on my next vacay. The holder is handmade by artisans, and is made from premium leather. The solid gray color is cute and classic. I also appreciated the bag that our passport holder came in.  It's a bag that can be reused and it is made from responsibly sourced materials.

SO Luxury Clean Tangerine Dish Soap, 18fl oz – Retail Value $8.00

Our next item is a citrus smelling dish soap made with plant-based ingredients. The first thing I took notice to was the design of the bottle and label. It looks a lot more chic and luxurious than other name brand dish soaps. The packaging makes me feel optimistic about the use. Next, I noticed the inviting fragrance. This scent isn't just orange, it is specifically tangerine and it smells every bit delightful! The soap cleaned my dishes really well, smelled fantastic, and was concentrated enough that a little soap went a long way.

Ojibway Naturals Charcoal Sugar Scrub – Available in 3 sizes (S-$7, M-$12, L-$22)

Our final item in this month's box is an activated charcoal sugar scrub.  This scrub is made with natural ingredients such as sugar, activated charcoal, and botanical essential oils. Because of the color, my nose was tricked into thinking this smelled like black licorice.  However, when I close my eyes, I smelled  hints of lavender and tea tree oil.  I was unsure whether to use on just my face or my whole body. I decided to try it out on my body, minus my face in the shower, and the scrub left my skin feeling really soft. Because of the all-natural ingredients, I'm open to trying this product on my face next time.

Sam & Lance doesn't miss! I was thrilled with the variety of items received in this month's box. The passport holder is sturdy, classic, and cute. Additionally, I was a fan of the toning and balancing spray.  The product was refreshing to my face and smelled delightful.  All of the items were so unique! I really was impressed.

To Wrap Up

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No, this box has sold out! Order now to receive the Winter 2021 box shipping in December.

ACTIVE DEAL: Save $10 off your first box!

Value Breakdown: At an approximate cost of $48 USD for this box with 6 items, you are paying approximately $8 per item. This does not include shipping costs. I estimate that I received $110.50 USD worth of items (this does not include the charcoal scrub as I was unsure of the size received). This is a steal for having paid less than half for what I received.
