I purchased the winter box on Black Friday. It still hasn’t shipped. I asked them about it and received a rather rude “as you know there’s Covid” explanation. They keep pushing the delivery date back on their website to mid march. So.. spring.
I received both of the orders that i placed before Christmas and paid extra postage for. They actually came within 7 days from the date i ordered them .

I agree that the whole box should not be held up because of one item. It’s embarrassing having
Tell her that i have no idea when she will get her Xmas present . By the time it comes it will be time to renew. I love the box but hate having to wait so long..
I did not receive my winter box, your site says shipping occurs on December 14th. I was billed, I am an annual member, I selected my items, but haven’t received my box. Why doesn’t your site allow us to contact you directly? Not very happy right now. Ive been a member since 2019, and I can easily stop my memberships.
I am a annual member also but when we made our selections , depending on what you choose will but be mailed out till February or March I think. Check the website the mailing dates are there. I don’t have my box yet either and I got a box for my sister for Xmas and she doesn’t have hers either

When i customized to include the bag, it said by the end of January. Now the site says it could be March. I’m so disgusted and just cancelled my annual renewal. There’s no reason they should hold an entire box for one item.
I was able to customize, but definitely read the item details. Most of what I imagine are the most wanted items push the projected ship date on to Jan or Feb …
Wow! I have been contemplating signing up. Was a Causebox member for a few years off and on over since they started. Am NOT signing up for Alltrue if you are still waiting on your Fall box. OMG.
I’m still not able to customize my box either. This is really a bummer. So far I’m not impressed. I have never had this issue with other subscriptions.
Same! I sent an email to alltrue asking about it and they sent a message back saying they’re getting lots of emails about it so I think there must be a glitch with the website
So Alltrue is clearly aware that there is an issue…then why, oh why, have they not yet communicated to their members, via email and/or via their website’s “live updates”, what the problem is and when it is expected to be resolved? Common. Sense. Business. Practices.
Thank you for the information,action. They did advertise that customization would start on 11/28. I was just curious what time of day the open it up to members. For example, FFF always starts at noon eastern time.
Just got the email that they’re sending my FALL box TODAY. I even customized as soon as they opened the window for each item for annuals, not that it seems to have helped get it any faster.
So Winter box should get to us by Spring if we’re lucky? I’ve loved this box in the past, but now I’m wondering if it’s still worth it.
