ShoeDazzle Plus: Fun End of Summer Shoes

Tory Slingback Fuzzy Slipper in Hot Pink Size 10— Retail Value $36.95 (Currently sold out)

I couldn't resist these pink fuzzy slippers, and apparently, I wasn't alone since they are completely sold out on the site. Normally, I would probably have not bought this style-- but I was too curious not to! I was concerned that these wouldn't fit due to my high instep, but these effortlessly fit me to my surprise! The back strap is an elastic stretch material and has loads of give, plus they are incredibly comfortable. The soles are very much like a foam flip flop bottom. These are definitely designed to be a knock-off of the original style made by Ugg, but not nearly as well made. Looking at that site just convinced me I may need the orange version-- uh oh! However, I got these for less than $13 when the originals generally cost $99. Even if I destroy these, I am not mad because they were not a huge investment for me. I can envision these looking fantastic with some bright striped, stretchy, flare pants, crop top, and blazer for a chic, yet out-of-the-box ensemble. I opted to go casual in a black pencil skirt and my favorite new shirt from Antiguo Mundo. If you are a huge John Waters/Divine/Edith Massey fan like me, it is a must!

Kirpa Flatform Sneaker in Zebra Size 10— Retail Value $59.95

If you have been following my reviews for some time, you are fully aware of my love of all that is animal print. I couldn't resist getting these sneakers in zebra print. Maybe it is just me, but these remind me of old-school 90s Airwalks! I used to have a blue tortoise metallic pair that I wore till they disintegrated! ShoeDazzle was having a massive site-wide sale for 50% off of everything, so I was excited to get these for less than $15! For a pair of shoes that are less than $20 bucks, I cannot complain! They are pretty well made and comfortable for the price. I can envision wearing these when I go to an amusement park since they are so easy to wear and fashionable. These will spice up every outfit from a cute baby doll dress with biker shorts or in cooler weather wear these with skinny leg jeans, a faux leather biker jacket, and a striped shirt for some on-point pattern clashing. This styling was rather casual like the last with the same skirt, but I wore another favorite shirt, this one is a homage to a favorite movie of mine called "Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter is Dead", from Discount Cemetary. I am right on top of it, Rose, with this outfit!

Puffy Quilt Crossbody with Chunky Chain in Carrot— Retail Value $59.95

Since the sale was in full force, I had to scoop up this lovely bag! How could I resist this orange stunner? The color was perfectly vivid and the quilt style reminded me of bags that were on-trend back in the 90s. These Chanel-inspired variations were all the rage back in the day and I like this take on the style a great deal! The bag is smaller than what I generally use, but when I feel more comfortable going to more shows and events-- this will be ideal to take for a night on the town! It was also kismet that it went so perfectly with the East Adeline top from one of my recent Dia & Co reviews! This makes any ensemble effortlessly put together. Certainly, this looks fantastic styled with a floral print top, pencil skirt, and jewel embellished shoes and earrings-- but this would make just a simple t-shirt, jeans, and flats ensemble slay! With fall right around the corner, this will look phenomenal paired with rusts and browns as well as olive greens and mustard yellows. The looks this will complete will be endless! Unfortunately, this color is sold out on the site-- but you get this beauty in blue or classic black as well!

Verdict

This month's ShoeDazzle was filled with so many colorful fun pieces! No clothing items to review this go around, sadly, due to the limited selections in my size. I find myself frustrated by their lack of plus-size options every month, especially since they only go up to a 3x as well. Limiting to size 3x is not inclusive and still leaves a lot of money on the table for ShoeDazzle. I will always be baffled and irritated by the two pages total of plus-size clothing versus the sea of options for straight-sized customers. However, the one thing they do right is their incentive programs and the countless sales they offer! ShoeDazzle's sales and discounts keep me coming back for more each month! I do hope they try to expand their plus-size options though because even with great prices and deals, I am limited on what I can buy! All grievances aside, I am rather pleased with the shoes and bag I got this month. I am especially in love with the purse-- that bright orange is EVERYTHING! I have my fingers crossed that next month I can find a dreamy outfit to show off to you babes! What did you think of this month's piece? Are you excited to see what I get next month as well?

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Sadly, the fluffy pink slippers are sold out, but you can still grab the zebra shoes and the purse in either black or blue on the site still!

Value Breakdown: The two pairs of shoes and the bag I selected this month retail for a total of  $156.85, but as a VIP member with my promo offer I scored everything with s&h and taxes for $58.33! If you are a new VIP, you could get the Kirpa speakers for $7.49 or the Puffy Quilt bag for $9.99, which are both fantastic deals! That is roughly an 82% savings from the retail price as a new VIP Member! What an amazingly unreal saving!
