Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Lip Pop, 4.2 g - Retail Value $22.00

This has been on my wishlist so I was thrilled to see it in this assortment this month! I love every single thing I have ever tried from Glow Recipe and their watermelon line is especially beloved by both myself and my Mom. This lip balm shares that same yummy scent and is so hydrating and smoothing. It has the most gentle (yet still super effective!) scrub texture that melts into a balm as you rub your lips together and also gives just a little pink tint. I never saw myself being someone who would spend $22 on a lip balm, but I am hooked and I want to try the blueberry flavor next!
Skylar Salt Air Rollie, 10 mL - Retail Value $29.00

Skylar is a fragrance brand that I already know and love and I had tried this particular scent as part of their Skylar Scent Club. It is a wonderful scent for summer and has notes of sea salt and bleached woods. It is a great "beach" scent for anyone out there who prefers their sea-leaning scents to be coconut-free. It is also a great option for layering because it is clean and soft.
ORIGINS GINZING Refreshing Eye Cream, 10 mL - Retail Value $27.00

This was a new eye cream for me, and the first thing I noticed was the awesome sponge applicator! It makes it too easy to apply this formula gently without using your fingertips. I also love the formula, especially for daytime use. It has caffeine inside, which always depuffs my sleepy morning eyes and tightens my skin. It is also bursting with antioxidants from cucumbers, apples, and olives as well as moisturizing oils from jojoba, and shea. Even packed with all of that it still feels lightweight and absorbs easily. Hyaluronic acid adds even more moisture and a very fine mica brightens the eye area for a fresh-faced look.
Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes 4-in-1 Mascara, 7 mL - Retail Value $23.00

This is a mascara I have used before, and though it isn't my first choice if I am shopping for myself, it is a good one for volume and length. As someone with pretty sensitive eyes, I have never had an issue with this one causing irritation or flaking.
AVANT Skincare Brightening & De-Puffing Hyaluronic Overnight Eye Recovery Mask, 15 mL - Retail Value $93.00

My last item was another eye product, though this one is for evening use. Avant is a brand that I always feel is over-priced, though the ingredient list here is quite nice. Avocado oil, shea, and hyaluronic acid help moisturize this particularly delicate skin and glycerine seals it all in to stay put overnight. There is quite a long list of fragrance items at the end, but I don't really mind scents in my products, though some might.
Verdict
This wasn't my most exciting IPSY Glam Bag Plus bag but I enjoyed enough here to justify the expense of the subscription. The Glow Recipe balm and Skylar rollie were awesome, and I also really enjoyed the Origins eye treatment. The Tarte mascara will go into my bag of spares and though the Avant eye treatment was way too $$$, it was still effective. The total value inside this delivery was $194, which is great for a $25 subscription.
