I’m in the process of getting my money back. I went to customize and found that they were sold out of the Autumn Spice? Copper Candle , the hat and the belt bag… 3 Of the 4 selections I wanted. They still had the Dutch oven, which was the 4th but I wouldn’t been left with a bunch of skincare/ beauty. Not why I wanted to sub. That’s too bad! Looks like I missed this one.

YayFall for a bundle but it might be an old code, it’s from last month. There’s Yayme and Treatme also for the same, but idk if they are still available. You can ask FFF CS if there are new codes in chat if nothing here works.

I’m curious – to the people that take this deal – were you able to customize? I’ve ordered twice with deals like this – once last winter and then this one and I could not customize. I had to email CS to get my choices and even then it wasn’t without some hassle. Not sure if I am doing something wrong or if FFF needs to be more transparent about this.

You have to go through the all of those pages of questions before you can customize. I just skip them and keep clicking to the next pages until I’m “done,” then I customize. I’ve had to do this with new accounts and with reactivating accts where the questions were already filled out.
You should also be able to do it by going to the top “My Box” tab and customizing there. If it doesn’t work just chat with CS instead, since emailing takes a long time.
