Curateur have announced a spoiler for the Fall 21 box! I got an email. I actually really like the item that they have revealed. It looks like a good quality item. Why isn’t the spoiler in MSA news yet????

I ordered the Glow Getter, and the Henny + Lev Canvas Weekender showed up damaged — the faux leather was worn down in places and the strap looked like it had bald spots. Not ideal…

I hope to see a welcome box with another item I missed in a previous box..they seem to be releasing new curations every few weeks so I think there’s a good chance of that! I’m still tempted by the box with the cute wine glasses..

Buyers, beware: The Glow Getter box has a spoiled item. The Kosas blush/highlighter item has a strong rancid smell. It is a clean beauty item that Box of Style was offering in Summer 2020, and it has a short shelf life. I asked Curateur to exchange it, but they rejected my request, despite their damaged item policy posted on their web site.
I had to dispute this purchase with my credit card.

I got the Kosas highlighter in the summer box last year, after less than six months it had the rancid smell. I can´t even imagine how it must be stink now. Beware.

Yep. Unfortunately their customer service is not very accommodating. I could see how they can’t afford many losses at the super discounted priced boxes they offer. But when they are being deceitful…like charging me for a subscription that I cancelled twice!! And then hurry up and ship it out…”oops, it’s already shipped. Too bad.” Or in your case when the item is bad they won’t replace it. But even after all that it’s still my second favorite subscription after fff, of course. Does that say they’re great or the sub box field is slim pickens’??? Probably the latter. Lol. PopSugar please come back!😭😭😭😭

Oh my! Can you say that again? I just canceled IPSY my last sub and I was sub addicted! I loved Popsugar. I had FFF for years but I thought their curation became so hit & miss plus they didn’t have any hero items. It just seems like a lot of cheap items to choose from with many being China made imitations that designers put their name on. The only box I’m getting now is a home box from Decor Steals called the steals box.
