They have ALWAYS had shipping issues.. I do not like how a lot of these companies blame Covid for shipping delays.. I understand processing might have a slight delay but dang.. You buy a spring box, it comes in summer.. You buy a summer box and it comes late summer early fall.. By the time you get your products the season is about over.. Other subscription services do not have this issue.. Why is Causebox/Alltrue using this as their excuse? I still get the box but never expect it till late.. It is just them.. not Covid.

Based on my previous shipments, I should get my summer box the first or second week of August – just before school starts! I’ve subscribed on and off since Causebox launched.

I would so jump on this deal…if I had a clue what was in my regular summer box. I’d hoped for certain items for vacay, but alas we are almost a week back from Hawaii and no box.

Know what would have been nice?
Packing cubes
Hawaiian lip balm trio (single mom of 2 girls here that bought lip balm for trip)
Round towel – I bought Turkish towels for plane and beach

No more family vacations for awhile, and I don’t want to pack up stuff for next year. I’m already over Alltrue.

off topic but don’t know where else to post this. – the Ellen shop has a sale going on. There are three old boxes on sale. two are $15 each and one is $25 each. There’s a great “jiggy” puzzle puzzle ($45 RV) in the attitude of gratitude box selling for $15.

I was concerned with comments regarding poor CS, extra charges and box no shows, but have to say I ordered on 6/24 and have received all three boxes. While some of the items are lovely, the prices are way inflated. I am used to boxes showing higher-than-anyone-in-their-right-mind would pay prices, but the RV prices here are over the top! Nice fuzzy socks with ‘Be Kind’ on them. RV $20. Tribe Alive thin scarf of recycled denim, very pretty but $125 RV? Earbuds (so far) are a bust. Finally charged, but unbelievably loud static. The Samara purse is cute. It is small. There are no real sides to it, so the measurements given are for it flat. Great quality vegan leather, and cute little bag, but again retail value is ridiculously high. I am happy with the total I spent ($53). I certainly would not pay the $54.95 for a single box!

I ordered this yesterday. $30 was worth it to me to grab the Pepper & Vetiver bowls and that weekender. Be aware that if you sub as a quarterly, you will only get to choose for Categories 1, 3, and 5. Also, they state on the website that if you order now, your box will not ship until late July/early August.

Thanks, Charlotte. I didn’t see the shipping date estimate (I find Alltrue’s website really, really difficult to navigate). Early August is fine – the only summery thing I chose was the wrap with tassels; and it should be wearable where I live through mid-October.

Unfortunately, they charged me full price instead of $29.95 I’ve sent a support ticket, but since this is a holiday weekend I don’t expect them to resolve the issue for a while. Their re-branding hasn’t changed the difficulties in working with them (no toll-free support phone number or chat feature; lack of a discount code box on the checkout page …).

I just got a prompt response from them today, so hopefully you hear sooner than later. I have to say I think they know they are on thin ice because every CS experience with them lately has been above and beyond. GL!

I mean it’s not that great of a price but it’s about average for when causeboxes go on sale. I got it because they finally caught up to the world and allow 3 choices for seasonals at least for this box, so I feel better buying knowing I’m getting at least two things I want (didn’t want anything from the skincare category but it’s par for the course to not like everything)

Not as long as you cancel before the next season is billed on September 1st, and you have to remember to use the code, and you only get to pick 3 categories and get random picks for the other 2 unless you sign up for an annual, in which case you get to pick all 5 categories.

Not a steal…. chose the speaker and the bowls… and the leave in condition. No use for any of that choice. The speaker will be a gift and the bowls will collect dust. I gotta stop this madness. Lured in by the ability to choose 3 items.

Mine just showed up this morning on my front step!

I never got an email showing it shipped, but when I signed in to my account for this deal it still showed as awaiting shipment so you can’t trust what it’s showing.

I know DHL was having data problems this week. I got emails from them saying my packages were moving but they are unable to update their tracking.

Which box? I’m sure they aren’t shipping these yet but that’s great if your summer box shipped!! IIRC I ordered one, but I would have to check. I got a bonus at work and gave myself a bit of extra fun money but I forget what I got, Merry Christmas in July to me lmao

Same, not even a shipping notification yet. I’d prefer getting core seasonal boxes to start out the season as an introduction to the next few months. Not “oops it’s July and you already used your vacation days so pack this away for next year” it’s just strange how long it takes for them while every other box is on top of it and I’ve never had to wait so long
