I got an email saying reactivate for 24.99 they wouldn’t accept it. The chat girl said summermsa and gousa aren’t valid the left the chat with no sign off. I am glad I didn’t resub

The reactivation code is NOWAY. The other codes are for new subs, there are tons of codes for new subs at $25 but those probably won’t work for reactivating. Someone signed off on me last week without even saying anything, then someone else appeared, so there might be a problem going on with the system.

I signed up earlier and I’m really excited! I chose the sol de Janeiro oil set, Salsa/Guacamole bowl set, the Lily Pulitzer tumblers and Eye balm. I thoughti was going to miss this seasons box but… This is a great deal! Definitely worth the $25 and I get access to the sale coming up. Yae!!

Thinking of getting a 3rd box now since I would like the neoprene bags, does anyone know if they’re still available as of 6/29? The bags are pretty expensive on ebay and I figured I could get them on there for cheap like I got the Obe bands.

The neoprene bags were still available as of yesterday when I purchased a box. That was around 2pm, eastern time. From what I could tell yesterday, most items people had mentioned were still available.

6-8. The last customization can range from 1 (higher priced) product to 3 (lower priced) products. I believe non-annual members will get a bundle of 3.

Is anyone else having issues with the website?

I was able to enter my cc#, but now the screen constantly refreshes, and won’t allow me to navigate the site.

Anyone know a trick to get around that?

I has this issue. I had to click submit like 3 times and it finally went through and thankfully only charged me once.

I had this same problem. I then noticed my credit card was charged the full amount and FFF chose all my options for me. I have reached out to customer service, but needless to say, I am irritated.

It was doing the same thing to me. I contacted customer service and they adjusted all my choices I wanted and did say they were having website issues. They gave me a extra add on for the inconvenience. Hope your able to get it resolved=}

Does this box just have the 4 items that can be customized, or are there more items included that aren’t part of customization?

If you sign up for the seasonal subscription, you pick 4 items and the other items fabfitfun will pick for you. If you sign up for annual, you can pick all of your items.

I am trying to order now. I entered all of my information the system requested.

After I entered my CC# it said thank you your box has been ordered, now tell us where to send it. I tried clicking on customization and it is not letting me choose any items. It also said, I will be receiving the summer box.

Does it let me choose after I enter my address or did something go wrong?

Hi Janice, You enter your CC and it takes you to another page where you type in your name and your mailing address to send the box to. Then it takes you to another page where you fill out your profile: your likes, what you want to see in the box, hair type, eye color so they can customize the box for you. This is a pain but I don’t thik you have to fill it all in just click next. After you complete this, then it takes you to your box customization page where you select all your items for your box. From what I remember you only have an hour to customize so if you clicked on something else it make have given an error and the best thing to do now is chat with their service agents who can manually enter your category choices. Hope this helps.

OK ladies, I took screen shots of the customization choices they offered me just now, and here they are.

Keep in mind: maybe they customized the options to my profile, since I created my profile preferences before customization loads up. I don’t know! So you might see other things.

Cutomization 1: outdoor blanket, PMD tool, Virginia Wolf wrap, the two neoprene tote color choices, Summer Fridays serum, wine chiller, Sol de Janeiro body oil duo.

Customization 2: Ouai shampoo and scalp massager, the guacamole/salsa bowls, bluetooth speaker, jewelry case, Tarte moisturizer, Draper James nightie (they offered it in three sizes to me).

Customization 3: water-resistant pouch, Living Proof dry shampoo, Baubla Bar bracelet kit, Malin and Goetz face moisturizer, Lilly Pulitzer set of four acrylic glasses, a sun hat, a black and white striped towel, Hum hair gummies.

Customization 4: vitamic C serum, two activity books, gold body oil, Tula brightening eye balm.

So, not outstanding but serviceable – certainly for $25 plus sales tax, this works. Be a gifting hero to your loved ones!

I ordered and got the stuff I didn’t add-on previously (the wrap and the nightie, which I plan on wearing as a swim coverup lol) and I got the Hum vitamins and Tula eye stick.

This was a great deal combined with a cash back site! I cancelled my other subscription lol.

They still had the PMD tool when I ordered yesterday.

I don’t remember all of the choice items but last night I picked the Virginia Wolf wrap, the Rae Dunn salsa & guac cups, the Living Proof dry shampoo and the Ciate watermelon setting spray. They didn’t have the tie dye towel which was a bit of a bummer and I didn’t really like the striped towel they offered. My girlfriend recently wore the Virginia wrap to our neighborhood pool the other day and it is super cute in person! The box is definitely a great deal for $25.

I tried to reactivate some of my old accounts and I got the message “that e-mail is already registered”. I couldn’t figure out how to bypass that. I ended up using an e-mail address never used for FFF (which took me a while LOL)

One of the items was a business and pleasure beach towel. Looks huge and good quality. I think it was category 3. I chose that for all three of my boxes. I can’t remember for you if that was all that was new. It’s most of the same items that they had when I customized my first box as seasonal
