So I upgraded to Glam Bag Plus a few weeks ago. It didn’t show up on my account, so I contacted customer service who told me – don’t worry – we see that you upgraded and it should show up soon.
Now we’re at the choice day – and still not updated. At least I didn’t get charged for Plus. Contacted them again and expect an answer in a few days.
My question – after going round and round with Ipsy on my lost April bag – and missing items in the past – Why can’t Ipsy fix problems when you tell them about it, instead of telling you “don’t worry” and “give it some time” – their standard answers?

Evidently, they make so much money they don’t care about losing some customers. For every cancel, they probably get hundreds of new subscribers.

And they won’t issue refunds, either. They just ship a new bag of unwanted leftovers.

I haven’t received my May Glam Bag. It’s been en route since 5/15/21. I contacted customer service. I received my Glam Bag X on 5/29/21.

It seems my bags often get stuck in Melrose IL for a long, long time. Other months, it’s here shortly after they e-mail! They really do have a shipping problem.

“Stay golden Ponyboy.” I love it. I think the Glam bag is beautiful. It makes me think of that touching quote from the bittersweet The Outsiders. Those of a certain age will know the book and movie.
