My husband ordered me an add on for my curator box which I just received. He surprised me with a beautiful expensive luxury hand bag. But he did not realize I already have this bag and I messaged the company to see if I could exchange it for something else that I do not own. They said I could not. So I’m most upset and disappointed

Warning for anyone who want to get the Glow Getter box. The Kosas item is spoiled and has a strong rancid smell. I think it’s a clean cosmetics item and that the shelve life is short because of that. This item sis from last summer box, so it’s at least year old. I asked Curateur for return or exchange of this item and they rejected.
I thinks it’s dishonest and greedy to do so. They know that the item is no longer good and still selling it. I will be disputing this with my credit card.

Despite the rebrand, Curateur’s customer service remains terrible.

While this welcome box is a deal, beware any larger purchases as issues will not be resolved in a timely or professional manner.

My box arrived today, and the weekender is huge! It’s also a darker shade than I expected which isn’t a huge deal. Overall, I am very pleased. This was an amazing deal in my book.

Omg i came here to say the exact same things!

The weekender bag is more of a rugged “going on safari” look than “jetting to Paris” but I am into it!

Also, the bottom is lined with the fake leather stuff which means it will be more durable and also will be easier to clean than I expected. There are also little feet attached to keep the bottom somewhat off the ground.

The sunscreen seems fine and the glasses aren’t really my style but they’re tinted enough to be worth stashing in the car.

….i think I’m gonna get the other welcome box with the sarong and blush now so i have two matching ones ….

I was able to cancel easily online before I even received my box. My welcome box came today and I’m actually second-guessing cancelling now—I got the weekender bag, glo sunscreen, and sunglasses and I’m really impressed with the quality. The bag is so much nicer than I was expecting. For $25 this is an amazing deal!

I had the same thought! Normally there’s a throwaway item, but everything in this welcome box was excellent quality and something I will use.

I really want to order the Welcome Box, but nervous about getting roped into my carded getting charged for a subscription yet again. Do I order Welcome Box and immediately cancel or wait for it to ship and then cancel???? What is the strategy???

No, cancel right away. I always did (I got 5 welcome boxes for myself and gifts!) and had no issues.

Has anyone received theirs? My shipping keeps getting pushed back. Is this normal for this box?

Gave in and purchased the Weekend Retreat. I have had my eye on that weekend bag ever since it was in the box. Couldn’t pass up the price. I am going to keep watching if the Summer box goes on sale also. I like the bag and want to try the lip oil.

I have been trying to resist that weekender bag since it was in the original box, but I finally gave in and ordered. Don’t really need the sunglasses or sunscreen, but I figure the bag alone is worth more than $25.

I have two from what I bought two boxes in the past and I can confirm that the bags are very nice quality. Far better than ones I’ve gotten in other subs.
And I’m sure you can use the sunscreen at some point in time 💗

True! Eventually we all need sunscreen, and I am sure I can find a use for the glasses too on occasion. Thanks to everyone who replied here and reinforced my decision. We are all such good enablers! 😉

Estalyn, I have both duffle bags. The green Bespoke Weekender duffle is not as nice in person unfortunately. The color is dull, it’s smallish, not lined, has no support so it collapses on itself unless it’s stuffed with clothes and has open gaps on the sides (where the hinge meets the fabric) that don’t close. Weird. It’s like they forgot to finish it. The Curateur duffle is bigger and much nicer.

Mary L and Estalyn: I have the Diff Bella and like them so much that I just ordered the Chic welcome box, great to have a backup. I’m in South Florida so can’t have too many sunglasses. If I recall correctly, they did not come with a case. I don’t remember if they came with a cloth pouch. I usually buy glasses cases at Marshalls though. I’ve been needing new glasses (I love mine so much but they have stretched beyond repair and keep falling off my head!) and I really liked the look of the Diff pair but your link really helped me decide. It was nice to see them on someone and you are right, the gold stems are really good looking. 🙂

Can you purchase this Welcome box and then cancel afterwards to avoid committing to their year-round sub?
On their site it says it will “ This membership will renew as a seasonal membership”.

I got the winter intro box in January, which was my first Rachel Zoe “experience.” It was very easy to cancel via the site. They offered a shopping-only membership after I cancelled, too! I think they’re trying to thoroughly rehab their image. Just keep in mind that my info is from Jan/Feb.

I got the last welcome box, then canceled my subscription. Anytime, you don’t pay a year upfront, you can cancel. Hope that helps. Btw, I just ordered one of these boxes!

It was easy to cancel on the website once I found the right page. It was hard to find on mobile (linked in the FAQs).

You can! Just log out and use a new email address. Make a new Gmail if you have to. I bought 3 of these boxes (one of each) that way and cancelled right after. It was very easy to cancel from my computer but on my iPhone it was complicated for some reason.

The hat sold out of the spring box. These welcome boxes are a way to get rid of extras from previous boxes.

I have everything from prior boxes except the Le Spec sunglasses. It’s all very nice quality and it’s very easy to cancel if you do not want the next box.

Just an FYI…It only gave me $6.25 in my account on the welcome box purchase today. The ‘up to $15’ is most likely for the full price seasonal box. But as always, YMMV !

It’s Rakuten (formally Ebates). You don’t get $15 off, you make an account and get $15 BACK. They send out payments once a quarter for all of your cash back activity for that time period. It’s an amazing site. They offer $2.50 back on Allure box as well. I’ve been a member for over 15 years.

I have two after I bought the deals from last year. Pleasantly impressed. Nice quality and I do believe the finishes are true leather and it makes a difference. Because platter really does free quickly. I haven’t had too huge a deal with dirt either. Although they say you can spray it with a wax to keep it protected or Scotchgard. I am one of those that will just put stain stick and then put it in the washer on gentle cycle LOL.. and I’m likely going to be getting another one.

Yes! It’s a very nice quality. Nice size. Heavy canvas. Straps are synthetic, though. With it being light, it will show dirt fast; however, you could wax it for more protection.
