A regular Boxycharm box is $25 a month. BoxyLuxe is a once-a-quarter upgrade option you can add to your existing Boxycharm subscription for an additional $24.99. So on Luxe months (March, June, September, December) you’ll get the Luxe items, and be paying a total of $49.99 for that quarterly box. BoxyCharm Premium is a separate box that you can subscribe to in addition to BoxyLuxe and/or the regular Boxycharm box for another $35 a month.

What happened to the Luxe?? I got the first 2 luxe boxes when it started and they were amazing! Canceled as I was on product overload. Looks like the base blows the luxe box out of the park.

Premium this month is good! Honestly, I almost bought that DC palette and glad I waited. Between the palette and trying out the Natasha Denona foundation with mediocre reviews seems worth it. Both items alone cost more than the premium box alone.
I am looking forward to seeing the rest of the sneak peaks.

I really did hate not seeing any sneak peals of the choices before hand. They were so hush hush this month.

I’m happy with the boxyluxe choices as well as premium. I picked the benefit im excited to try and I picked the glasses they look cute and for premium I picked the palette and eye patches. Very excited for everything dont know why all the complaints.

I was finally able to make my Premium choice by getting on a laptop and using Chrome, don’t know why my iPads and phone did not show the choice option. Anyway, glad my ND foundation shade choice was still available…also, even though the website said “over an hour” wait time, it quickly changed to 18 minutes, then less than a minute, so don’t believe what the screen says!

I picked the Dominique Cosmetics palette & the Laura Mercier blush. IMO these are good products, just not sure I need them.

They knew exactly what they’ve been doing teasing the ABH takeover so long. Sunk cost fallacy, etc etc I’m afraid to cancel.

I just cancelled all three boxes, its time. I’m disappointed almost monthly in one of them and these choices are not good at all. Sad but think its the right thing for now.

It took me over an hour to get in to make my choice and I still haven’t received shipping info for my May box. Now Boxy has removed any way to get in to contact with them on their site. I’ve been a longtime customer but I’m going to cancel because it’s not worth the hassle at this point. They’re been slipping for a while now and today was too frustrating to continue giving them my money

Same for me. I made my choices, it would confirm it. Then when I was finally able to get back on, one of my choices was unavailable. However, it was available to buy for 19.00. I’m canceling Base, Luxe, and Premium.

This is ridiculous! Wait time has been “more than an hour” for well over an hour now. Nothing good will be left by the time I can finally get in. And what’s with the Luxe choice items? Nothing “luxe” about them. I never complain about the choices even if I’m not thrilled about them. I don’t expect to get a fabulous box each time but these choices are horrible.

I’ve never been less excited about the Luxe options. And now with their new “queue it” system, I don’t see a reason to keep the subscription. I can’t even get on to choose! Wait time was over an hour, went down to 46 minutes, then back up to more than an hour (and that was 45 minutes ago … still sitting at over an hour wait time). I give up.

I could not make a choice for my Premium account. Though I usually don’t get the email right away, I can usually access it through logging out and in. But it didn’t work this time. Also, now that pop up has crashed the site with OVER AN HOUR wait time, nothing on the site can be accessed. Good planning, Boxycharm!
