Bespoke Post "Haul" Review

My husband was eyeing this box up last month and since his birthday was in May, I decided to surprise him by ordering it for him this month! Enclosed in our box was this helpful list of the best seasonal produce to buy and when. I actually really appreciated this!

Market Tote by Capabunga in Grey with Black Handles - Retail Value $49.99

My husband liked the more rugged look of this market tote and the fact that it would fold up nicely to store in his truck. The bag has a lot of great little features such as a key ring attached inside as well as a loop on the outside to hold fresh flowers in. The straps are adjustable, the bottom is easily wipeable and sturdy, and it has several pockets for some serious organization. It measures 11 x 11.5 x 13.5 inches and it says it can hold up to 35 lbs. It's a really nice-looking bag and while I really appreciate all of the outer pockets, I do wish that maybe one side of the bag had two larger pockets instead of 6 smaller pockets all around. While the photos seem to show a nice arrangement with bottles in some and celery and eggs in others, a larger pocket would probably suit us a little better. It does have a nice large pocket in the center though. Overall, it's a very sturdy bag that seems like it would be great for keeping items separate and safe in their own little compartments. It's perfect for when I ask my husband to make a quick last-minute run to the store for just a few things. There are a ton of other uses listed too (bocce ball, beach bag, picnics, art supplies, wine bag, or even baby gear!) so this could be a pretty versatile bag!

Here you can get a sense of scale! The pockets are really deep and are almost as tall as the bag meaning they can hold a good bit!

Insulated Insert by Capabunga - Retail Value $12.00

A cooler insert like this one is great for keeping cold things cold. It does take up most of the room once inserted into the center pocket of the bag, but it could easily be used on its own as well since it has a carry handle. However we end up using it, I know it will be incredibly useful to have!

Carry-All Mesh Bags by Verve Culture, Set of 2

The last item in our box was this set of 2 mesh bags. I was unable to locate them to get a retail value, but these were a great inclusion. They are perfect for organizing produce inside of our bag. They can also double as laundry bags if you prefer! They are two different sizes and each has a cord lock so that you can tighten them up and keep everything safely tucked inside.

Verdict: My husband was happy to see this bag from Bespoke Post as part of his birthday gift this year! It's a nice, quality bag that seems to be very sturdy and also versatile in how it can be used. The pockets are great for organizing everything inside and the fact that he can fold it up easily for storage in his truck is another bonus! It was also great that it came with the cooler insert and the mesh bags making it an even more functional option. While I wasn't able to locate the retail value for the mesh bags, the tote and insert retail for $61.99 which is well over the $48.95 ($45 + $3.95) cost of this box, so I think the value is there, too!

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Yes, the "Haul" box is still available.

Value Breakdown: This box costs $45 + $3.95 shipping which means each of the 3 items (counting the mesh bags as 1) in this box has an average value of about $16.32.

I am a homeschooling mom to 4 kids; 1 girl and 3 boys. While I have been reviewing boxes since 2018 and I love the luxury of trying new products, I'm also balancing it out by dabbling in a little bit of homesteading, too. We now have 4 chickens and a rabbit and my sourdough starter is going strong! I love learning about new brands and sharing the great things I find with others in hopes that they find something new to love or to fit their needs!

I swapped out what they chose for me this month to get this. We have an amazing City Market in Kansas City and this is the bag I’ve always needed.

Thank you for another great review Brandi.

I think the shipping cost is wrong at the end of the “verdict” section. It has $39.95. That would be extreme.
