Causebox now Alltrue really need to step up their game. I have had issues with practically every box and I’m ready to give up. I recommend them to no one. Always late or never arrives. Its late August and I still have not received my Summer box. I chose right on schedule as annual member & their was a problem with the tote so it wasn’t a choice, before that I was given a gold kettle that doesn’t work. The support is the slowest I have ever encounter…they are setting themselves up to fail.

Excited if I get the packing cubes in time for vacation this month…but I received payment confirmation today which means unless they’ve changed from Causebox shipping practices, I will get in September or October.
I have plenty of portable, insulated food products and dish towels. What the heck am I going to do with a portable hammock?
I’m over this non-customization for seasonals. I’d hoped that would change.

I’m not skipping, because this is only the second box of my annual and I am skeptical that this company will make it through Winter of this year and I will get the four boxes I paid for. At least my Spring Intro box finally came. I bought a FFF annual at the same time, and I’m seeing so much more value from that box.

I emailed a while back asking them to turn off auto-renewal and cancel my subscription. They replied and confirmed I wouldn’t be charged. I was charged for a new annual today.

Bridget

Me too! I am so upset. I literally emailed customer service, forwarding the email that confirmed they cancelled my subscription. They better give us refunds!

This will be my last box. I hate everything in it but I just want to get this membership over with.

Molly

Well they look just like fff. The transformation will be complete when they change their customization practices.

I like the new name. I’m not sure about picking my items. I have doubles of some.
I love jewelry but have never received any. Will have to see this box when it. Ones. I like you ladies. But I hate to tie up $200. My hubby says no way. But I do like the box.
We’ll see how it goes.

I wish a couple of these choices where in the skincare categories as a non skincare option. Anyway, I’ll see what tomorrow’s spoiler is and decide.
The hammock is a nice idea but I was told that this type of fabric hammock are better suited for cooler weather.

Jessica

Completely agree! I would give up my skincare option AND skincare/conditioner option for two picks in this category!!!!

Sam

Can you add on items for a price in each category like FFF?

Reply ButtonReply

KRo

Yes, but it’s at a separate shipping cost and is separate from the box for some reason

Sam

Thank you!

LB

FYI they also announced if you are an annual you can add on other selections at additional cost (but at a discount)…even a second of a selection you’ve already made. So if you want 2 sets of travel utensils or those dishcloths you can do that. I’m most excited that I don’t have to choose between the bowls and the cooler bag now.

Eileen

I love the idea of the hammock but I will never use it. I can make a case for each of the other three items. Not sure which way to go.

I love the hammock and even the little to-go bowl, but if I were to subscribe I can’t afford to be an annual member. so as a seasonal I would probably get the packing cubes or dishcloths chosen for me, either of which I do not need. So I will have to think about it.

There’s lots of bad reviews about that food bowl online – apparently the lid gets stuck and your food is trapped forever and/or 6hrs later.

Reply ButtonReply

Kay

Not sure where MSA got the $ value info from, but the towels are$18, hammock is $64 I think. The food jar is $25. Not sure about the packing set.

Reply ButtonReply

Stacie

It came straight from Causebox’s site – They’re all listed as $20. I’m trying to find more info on the weight limit of the hammock, myself.

Reply ButtonReply

Yi

In Instagram, alltrue replied people had this question, the maximum weight allowed is 400lbs and the retail value is 64.

Sherri

I looked it up on the company website. I suspect the hammock for the box is different than the ones commercially available (I couldn’t find one worth $20), but the one I checked had a 400lb max capacity.

Saucie

This looks a lot more like the box I subscribed to. I’m still skipping this one, but I wish more items were like the recycled plastic bags and the towels, not just things, but things tied to a clear cause.

Reply ButtonReply

moposh

I’m going to skip this box.

And name change is so stupid.

I like all 4 options. I will probably choose the to-go bowl. Our office closed but we do have a location that has @20 spots for folks to come in if they want. It has no fridge, sink, or microwave. This will be perfect for days I go into the “office”.

But that hammock is so tempting…

Reply ButtonReply

Tasha

Wow that “office” situation sounds horrible! Why go in at all. I hope you have access to a coffeemaker and bathrooms.

Reply ButtonReply

zo

It is awful. Not even a small conf. room so we could meet as a group if we wanted. Yes, to bathrooms. Not sure about coffeemaker.
Kathy, you’re right. We still aren’t technically allowed in the new, tiny, office but I go in 2x a month along with a coworker just to interact with another live person, lol.

Alice

I don’t miss my office at all. I go in late when I’m certain no other people will be there! LOVE the solitude.

Kathy

Guess it’s good if you’re really missing physical interaction with people lol
