My April 2021 Sock Panda Review
When you join Sock Panda, you can choose to receive one or two pairs of socks per month. You also can choose between “Wild & Crazy,” “Patterns & Prints,” or "One of Each". I chose to receive "Wild & Crazy" because I find the flare they add to my daily outfits fun and exciting!
Growing up, my dad worked outside of the house and ran a hobby farm on the side. I remember late nights stacking hay, bouncing about in the tractor cab, and eating my grandma's chicken and dumplings after a long day's work. We had a few cattle, but I always dreamed of owning a horse. That dream never became a reality, but I still absolutely adore horses and ride our neighbors whenever I get the chance. These socks are a lovely pastel pink dotted with a variety of horses throughout. Unlike previous pairs, these do not don the "Sock Panda" or "Give Back" logo and are slightly shorter and more stretchy. I personally like these more as they have a softer feel to them, and give my athletic calves room to breathe. I was happy to add these to my sock drawer, and can't wait to wear them to school!
If the horse pair wasn't cute enough, our second pair is striped AND has lighthouses! I am partial to navy blue, and I tend to gravitate toward all things striped, so these socks were a winner from the get-go. Add in the fun lighthouse design and I didn't want to take these socks off! Soft and stretchy like the horse pair, these socks are bound to fit a variety of foot sizes and are so cozy you won't want to take them off.
Verdict: With Sock Panda you just never know what you might get, and that's all part of the fun! This month we received two very different pairs of socks – so no theme – but both are soft, cozy, and fun. I am really enjoying the shorter style, to change it up a bit, and like always, I am a fan of how easy these socks are to match in the laundry. I can't wait to see what kind of socks we receive next month!
