Macy’s Beauty Box February 2021 Update

Got mine today! No substitutions! It’s an okay box this month, but not super excited about it. I feel like many of the items were the same old things I’ve received in the past in various subscription boxes.

Got mine today and no substitutions either!

Received my box today. One item was missing and there was no notice saying it was replaced by another item.

Received my box yesterday with NO substitutions! 🙂

Just signed up for the waitlist! I hope I don’t have to wait too long! Not sure how I missed this subscription !

Just got an email with my tracking info! Fingers crossed there are no substitutions in the box.

I got the ‘Sorry, unable to ship your February box’ email a couple weeks ago. Today I got the ‘Your card has been charged and your box will ship soon’ email.’ I am excited about this box, so glad I’m getting it.

I just got billed for February today but I never received any email from them for this month. Weird customer service too but I’ve been with this sub for three years and am generally happy with it.

Anyone else having trouble using the $5 or $10 promo codes? My December only worked once I added 2 items totaling $50 or more. I tried using Januarys and it’s the same. Only works with 2 items in my bag. Not worth it anymore

Worst sub box I’ve ever received. Based on 3 boxes, product subbed in 2 boxes, dissatisfied. 3 items were broken. 1 item one size fits all, not, body shaming I don’t need in a box. Customer service, non existent for 3 months, items not replaced. Could not recommend.

I received an email about a delay, which I had also gotten ahead of my January box. But my January box wasn’t late – it arrived mid-Jan (definitely before the 20th)

As others have said, I’m wondering if they’re just sending these messages out as a precaution for any delays.

I’m excited about this Feb box and hope no substitutes as their substitutes just aren’t on par with the products they are replacing.

Got an email that mine is getting delayed. But who knows what’s going to happen.

I haven’t received any email yet but have not been charged for February yet either.

So, what else is new? 🤷‍♀️

I joined last month because I liked the January box with the hair care. They said my first box would be the February box. However, they sent me the January box after all! I did get the February cancellation letter, but I won’t be so disappointed, as the January box was the one I really wanted and never expected to receive.

I received the message that I’m not getting a box. I was excited for this one too. You’d think Macy’s would offer you an option of something else and let you decide if you want the “something else” or a skip. Disappointed.

I got this message last month and my box had already shipped. I got it again today but my box hasn’t shipped yet. I’m hoping this doesn’t mean a lot of substitutions.

I get these emails every month….usually after mine has already shipped.

This seems to be a monthly “so don’t bug us” thing now. I got it last month after my shipping notice.
