The Beem Box January 2021 Review
The Beem Box came with a single info card that has a quick overview of the box and product information on one side.
Avry Beauty Honey Matcha Shea Butter Lotion, 45 ml – Retail Value $7.50
My hands feel like twin sheets of sandpaper, thanks to the abundance of hand sanitizer I’ve been using compulsively. Avry Beauty’s Honey Matcha Lotion is a silky smooth, creamy, moisturizing shea butter. I love the light honey matcha scent! It smells wonderful and is incredibly unique. Most hand lotions go heavy on the floral, but this hand cream took a step to the wild side and gave me latte vibes. I found this lotion to be deeply hydrating and nourishing to my hands. The product absorbs quickly, is not greasy, and leaves behind soft, smooth, healthier-looking skin. I’m definitely going to enjoy using this lotion down to the last drop.
Almost Famous Cleanse It 2-in-1 Exfoliator Brush, 1pc – Retail Value $18.00
This Almost Famous Cleanse It 2-in-1 Exfoliator Brush gives you two options. On one side, there are short silicone bristles for exfoliating and on the other side, long, super soft microfiber bristles to help clear clogged pores. My skin is very sensitive and thankfully this cleansing brush is very gentle and perfect for lathering product onto my face. The soft bristle side has a dense coverage that is gentle but firm to help cleanse any of my clogged pores. I noticed that my skin looks smooth and much brighter after a deep clean with this facial tool. I also really enjoy the short silicone bristles on the other side. It feels like a bunch of little fingers reaching out to massage my face; just the right amount of pressure, not too rough to cause irritation.
Bodyography Eye Pencil in Bali Bronze, 1.1 g – Retail Value $14.00
When I first saw this eye pencil, I was like, “Hell no.” I avoid pencils like the plaque. I never want anything so sharp and hard near my eyes, but this Bodyography Eye Pencil in Bali Bronze is surprisingly soft and applies smoothly without feeling like someone is stabbing you in your waterline. The shade has a slight shimmer to it, is very pigmented, and lasts all day. Infused with coconut oil, this formula is not only gentle to apply but also delicate on the skin while providing crisp, clean lines that can be easily smudged out for a smoky eye look.

Moira Cosmetics Dash of Gold Palette, 1.2 g – Retail Value $16.00
I love the sultry earth tones in this Moira Cosmetics Dash of Gold Palette. I found each of these ultra mattes and lustrous shimmers to be highly pigmented and very buildable. I’m absolutely obsessed with these iridescent shimmers and was impressed with how blendable each was. Who doesn’t want a little bronze and a little gold to make their eye look pop? I like to be very picky about what I put on my eyes because they are the most sensitive part of your face, and these shadows are cruelty-free, vegan, and free of sulphates and phthalates, as well as gluten free. They were very comfortable to wear and the little fallout was easily brushed away. I have to say “Summer’s Glow” is my absolute favorite shade in this palette.

FitGlow Beauty Lip Color Serum in Root, 10 g – Retail Value $42.00
I love, love, love lip products. I think lip serums are so underrated and I’m thrilled that one was included in this box. FitGlow Beauty’s Lip Color Serum in Root is a plant-based gloss serum that gently plumps, hydrates, and adds color to your lips. Formulated with amazing ingredients like pomegranate sterols, vegetable collagen, and beet extract, this serum will also improve lip structure, diminish the look of fine lines, and leave lips looking full and soft. The product applies smoothly and is wonderfully creamy It felt wonderful on my lips, was not sticky, and gave my lips a super natural looking flush. I found the product to be extremely hydrating and I love the added element of a wearable everyday color. I definitely want to try this serum in a brighter color as well for fun nights out.

Verdict: I really enjoyed this month’s The Beem Box. I love the inclusion of a skincare tool. The Almost Famous 2-in-1 Exfoliator Brush is a wonderful addition to any skincare routine. The FitGlow Beauty Lip Color Serum is another great product that goes beyond just adding color and intensely nourishes and hydrates lips. The Moira Cosmetics Dash of Gold Palette was full of beautiful earth tones and sultry shimmers that are perfect for creating alluring golden looks. The Honey Matcha Shea Butter Lotion has a unique delightful scent and a wonderfully nourishing, rich creamy texture. Lastly, the Eye Pencil from Bodyography applies super smooth, thanks to being infused with coconut oil, and is perfect for the delicate skin around your eyes.
