I re-upped for 3 months starting in February. It’s March and no box BUT wrote them and got a personal email in under 24 hours. I’m sure I will get my 3 boxes eventually. GREAT customer service response! Saving the points email for after the box arrives-then I can review, get review points as well as a whole bunch for what I think is a favorites survey but do not quote me please.

I sent them a second email a couple of days ago and they still have not answered that one. I truly am glad Susan that you are receiving a better response from their Customer Service department, but the same can not be said for me. I’m also of the mind set that when I pay for something I want to know when I will receive it, and if I had known how bad they were at delivering their product (have now found several sites that say their delivery has been horrible for months) I would never have subscribed. I’m going to wait two more weeks to see what happens and if nothing has materialized I am going to cancel and ask for a refund.

I wrote them a third time and finally got a definitive answer; my order was never processed and I will be issued a refund. Debating cancelling the rest of the subscription.

Glad you were able to get your box. I signed up in January knowing that my first box would be the February box – they charged me for the box, then NOTHING. Here it is March 1st and they have charged me for the March box today but I still have not received the February box. I sent an email last week saying that I had not received the box and never received a tracking number (which they said that they would send when they ship your box out). I received a standard email stating that with COVID they are having issues with their shipping systems and that February boxes were experiencing extra time for fulfillment and transit. What was funny is that I received a survey asking me how I would rate the box, except I never had a box to rate. It’s incredible to me that they have now charged me for two boxes and still no sign of the first box. At this rate I can not recommend this subscription

I wish I liked Moon Cheese. It’s just way too crunchy for me.

The other 2 look good.

Moon Cheese is too salty for me, I could never finish a whole package on my own but I do OK splitting it with my husband. The Lily’s peanut butter cups are a repeat but they were much better than expected.
