We have more spoilers for the first Ipsy Glam Bag X!  Ipsy Glam Bag X is the new quarterly, limited edition upgrade to your monthly IPSY membership.

FYI - The February bag is sold out but you can use this link to reserve your spot for the May 2021 Glam Bag X!

The first Glam Bag X will be sent in February! Halsey is launching her makeup line, about-face, in the February Ipsy bags!

Ashley Frangipane (a.k.a. Halsey!) has been an artist all her life. You definitely know her for songwriting and singing—Without Me and Bad At Love, anyone?—but what you might not know is that makeup is one of her favorite mediums, which is what led the award-winning singer to create her very own line, about-face.

Lucky for you, about-face is launching exclusively with IPSY, so you get to be one of the first to try the high-performance line (which is vegan, cruelty-free, and formulated without gluten, phthalates, parabens, and synthetic fragrances, btw) in your February Glam Bag Plus and Glam Bag x Patrick Ta.

“I’m super excited to have some of my products featured in the Glam Bag,” says Halsey. “My whole family has IPSY subscriptions. My mom is actually in makeup school right now. She recently came into my room, dumped her IPSY bag out, and started talking to me about all the products. It was a cool bonding moment for us since makeup has been a long love of my life, and now it’s a new found love of hers.”

Your February Bag will include:

Matte Lip Color in Last Goodnight, Cautionary Tale, Take Aim, or So Long Summer

Be one of the first to try this Matte Lip Color in our debut Glam Bag X collection curated by celebrity makeup artist Patrick Ta, which drops this February. “Lips were a really big deal when I was starting about-face because as a musician, I’m always moving my mouth,” says Halsey. “The first time I wore a bright colored lip on stage, I pulled my microphone away and noticed that the entire capsule was covered in my lipstick. I was super embarrassed, but it also taught me a lesson about the kind of lipsticks I need to be wearing on stage.”

For starters, a long-lasting formula that doesn’t smear was a necessity in her line. “A lot of lipsticks are longwear, but unfortunately the formulas can be incredibly drying because of that,” she adds. “So I needed it to be hydrating and longwearing, which was kind of a paradox, but I was determined to make it happen.”

In your Glam Bag x Patrick Ta, you’ll receive the shade Last Goodnight, Cautionary Tale, Take Aim, or Halsey’s personal favorite, So Long Summer. “I am a collector of pink-y, mauve-y nude lips, so I wanted to create the perfect one,” she says.

The February Bag may also include:

HUDA BEAUTY Rose Gold Remastered Eyeshadow Palette, MSRP $65

With 18 trendy shades in four different finishes, the ultra-versatile collection of buttery shadows can be used to create pro-quality looks that are soft and romantic or bold and glam.

PAT MCGRATH LABS FetishEyes Lengthening Mascara, MSRP $30

This cult-favorite mascara from world renowned makeup artist Pat McGrath has a flexible, buildable formula that allows you to go from soft and fluttery to bold and thick—making it the ultimate pro-artist secret for customizable lashes with zero clumps or flakes.

CHOICE OPTION: BABE LASH Essential Serum, MSRP $120

Longer, fuller looking lashes...without piling on the mascara? Sign. Us. Up. This serum is packed with nutrients to enhance the length and volume of your natural lashes with continued use.

CHOICE OPTION: IGK FIRST CLASS Charcoal Detox Dry Shampoo, MSRP $27

Dealing with second, third, or even fourth day hair? NBD. This super-powered dry shampoo refreshes your hair in just a few quick spritzes. Feel free to delay your next wash day a liiiiittle longer.

And:

Patrick Ta Beauty Monochrome Velvet Blush $32

OR

Patrick Ta Beauty Major Brow Shaping Wax & Brush $40

It’s time to get even more of the beauty you love, want, and can’t get enough of—because treating yourself a little extra is always a good idea. That’s why we’re totally over the moon to introduce the all-new Glam Bag X, a quarterly, limited edition upgrade to your monthly IPSY membership. Think of it as your all-access pass to the most-coveted brands, hottest launches, and need-to-try products in beauty. Your Glam Bag X includes seven to eight full-size products (worth up to $350) specially curated by beauty’s biggest tastemakers and celebs, and you’ll even get to choose three from a personalized assortment—which, BTW, includes dibs on exclusive product drops you won’t find anywhere else.

Every limited-edition Glam Bag X is curated by a different celeb, with the debut drop presented by none other than Patrick Ta, world-renowned makeup artist to the stars. He’s the artist behind some of Hollywood’s glowiest goddesses, like Shay Mitchell, Gigi and Bella Hadid, Olivia Munn, Kourtney Kardashian, and...well, that star-studded list pretty much speaks for itself. If you’re already wondering how you can get your hands on Glam Bag X, don’t worry—we’ve got everything you need to know below. Glam Bag X is only for IPSY members, so be sure you have Glam Bag or Glam Bag Plus in order to unlock your upgrade!

What can I expect from my first Glam Bag X?

Glam Bag X is our most extra Glam Bag yet, and the first drop of this quarterly upgrade will ship in February 2021. Since it features seven to eight full-size products from the hottest brands, all curated by a mega celeb, quantities are limited—but you can reserve your spot while there’s still space.

A new Glam Bag X will drop in February, May, August, and November (yes, mark your calendar now!). During those months, your Glam Bag X replaces your usual monthly bag, either your Glam Bag or Glam Bag Plus; if you have both, it replaces your Glam Bag Plus. Your Glam Bag X is valued at up to $350 and is only an additional $43/shipment for Glam Bag members and $30/shipment for Glam Bag Plus members. Talk about an amazing value, right?

You’ll love this part, too—during each upgrade month, you’ll get to build your perfect Glam Bag X during Ultra Personalization starting on the 2nd at 9 a.m. ET until the 3rd at 6 p.m. ET. Here’s how it works: First, you discover your four to five celeb-curated picks. Then, you handpick three more full-size products from a personalized assortment of Glam Bag X exclusives and first-of-a-kind new product launches that could include tools, accessories, and a themed Glam Bag. And finally, you complete Ultra Personalization with incredible deals on product Add-Ons.

How do I get Glam Bag X?

Glam Bag X is available as a quarterly upgrade for Glam Bag and Glam Bag Plus members, so if you already have one (or both!) of those bags, simply visit the Glam Bag X tab and click on the “GET GLAM BAG X” button.

If you don’t have Glam Bag or Glam Bag Plus yet, get started by taking the Beauty Quiz and telling us about your beauty preferences. Once you’re done with the quiz, you’ll have the option of signing up for Glam Bag or Glam Bag Plus. After you’ve made your choice and become a member, log into your account and visit the Glam Bag X tab. All that’s left to do is click the “GET GLAM BAG X” button, and voilà—you just scored the most-coveted membership in beauty.

What is the difference between Glam Bag, Glam Bag Plus, and Glam Bag X?

Glam Bag includes five deluxe-size beauty samples (one you choose yourself) valued at over $50 for just $12/month. Glam Bag Plus includes five full-size products (three you choose yourself) valued at over $120 for just $25/month.

Glam Bag X is only available to members with a monthly Glam Bag or Glam Bag Plus plan. Glam Bag X is a quarterly, limited-edition upgrade that includes seven to eight full-size products (three you choose yourself) that feature the trendiest brands and exclusive launches—and it’s all specially curated by a mega celeb. During upgrade months (February, May, August, and November), Glam Bag X replaces your usual monthly bag, so you score up to $350 in value for just an additional $43/shipment for Glam Bag members and $30/shipment for Glam Bag Plus members.

When will my Glam Bag X ship?

Already looking forward to getting that baby in the mail? Can’t blame ya. Glam Bag X ships four times per year (AKA every three months) in February, May, August, and November. The debut Glam Bag x Patrick Ta will ship in February and replace your monthly Glam Bag or Glam Bag Plus. As with your monthly bag, Glam Bag X ships shortly after you’re billed successfully on the last day of the preceding month, and you can expect it to arrive approximately two weeks after billing.

How are my products selected for me?

Your Glam Bag X includes seven to eight full-size products curated by one of beauty’s biggest tastemakers. The featured curator of the month hand-selects four to five of your products, and you choose the remaining three from a personalized assortment that features Glam Bag X exclusives. Your exclusives can include early access to new products, hot launches, and all those other FOMO-worthy beauty moments that you need to get in on.

When do I get to choose my Glam Bag X products?

During Glam Bag X months, you’ll get to choose three of your full-size products starting on the 2nd at 9 a.m. ET until the 3rd at 6 p.m. ET. Set your alarm, circle the dates on your calendar, write a sticky note—do what you need to do so you don’t miss out!

Ready to go extra? We got you. Be the first on the list and reserve your spot before we run out—Glam Bag x Patrick Ta quantities are limited.

I wish I could get this as a stand alone subscription. I have no need for the Glam Bag or Plus. But getting something like this every quarter I would totally buy into. hopefully they change it in the future.

Darkangel629

Your best bet would probably be Fab Fit Fun for the quarterly box, and their amazing add on sales with it.

Reply ButtonReply

Rayne

Check your credit card records! Anyone else overcharged? 😡 I have annual glam bag subscription so should have been charged $43.00 plus my state 6% sales tax. They charged me the full amount of glam bag x and sales tax.

Reply ButtonReply

Bandaa

I’m in the same situation. Customer Service gave me a rambling explanation about the cost. They asked where I got the information about paying $43. I sent a screenshot from the Ipsy app which explains the pay structure. I received a follow up email stating they would forward the information to their marketing team. 🙄
They pushed back the end of my yearly subscription by one month. No refund. It works out I suppose, but stay in line with what you advertised to begin with.
I loved my GBX when it arrived! However, the customer service was extremely frustrating. Spoilers will determine if I get May’s upgrade.

Reply ButtonReply

Rayne

Thanks for letting me know I wasn’t the only one. I signed up for glam bag x for the year, I won’t go through this each quarter. They have an obligation to make the corrections or I’ll go through my credit card company to fix plus I’ll cancel them.

Other than BoxyCharm, which they own, what’s another decent makeup subscription? 🤣 I also have FFF. Thanks in advance.

Ann Stewart

So, I am moving in March, so had to cancel my membership. But before that, I had ordered a Glambag X that I am happy I’ll get to receive before I move. It was already billed, and it says status is that it’s building my bag. The only issue is that I haven’t been able to make any picks, because it’s not updated in the system when I log in to make my picks for my bag.. Help :-s

Reply ButtonReply

Darkangel629

That usually means that they billed you late, and you won’t get to choose until 1-2 days later. I’ve had that happen to my account multiple times now, for seemingly no reason. When I messaged customer service about it, they claimed there was an issue billing my account (when there wasn’t). The big problem that creates is a lot of items being sold out by the time you get to pick. But I hope that isn’t the case for you. Fingers crossed 🤞

Reply ButtonReply

Valerie.

Hi Mel. I realize there can be other reasons but I have seen many people comment about only wanting the X months and they were planning to pause all the non X months. That was why I made the comment I did. These people are looking to game the system. Certainly this is not an indictment on everyone.

Reply ButtonReply

Mel

Oh Valerie, I understand now. Sorry, I misunderstood and I didn’t realize exactly what you meant at first, I get what your saying now though. I usually never skip bags, but because of my lost bag, then replacement was never sent, I ended up skipping Jan and was waiting to see how Glambag X turned out! Then realized, in time, that I would not get x if I wasn’t active Jan. Lesson learned!

Reply ButtonReply

Jessica

But if they are paying for it, how are they gaming the system? They are still paying $55 for a quarterly subscription

Reply ButtonReply

Sherri

GBX was/is marketed as a quarterly upgrade for regular GB or GBP members. It was never marketed as a stand-alone (quarterly) subscription. As I understand it, it is meant to be a “perk” for active subscribers (a perk you have to pay for, of course…), that you get the option to get GBX if you want. If you sign up for GB or GBP and pause for 8 months and only unpause for the 4 GBX months, then that’s gaming the system because in effect you are getting GBX as a stand-alone subscription, when it is intended to be an upgrade for monthly subscribers. At least this is how I understand Ipsy’s intent wrt GBX, based on having read Ipsy’s various descriptions of the GBX program.

April

I thought ipsy charged on the 1st and don’t get paid till the 1st so the charge for glam bag x was declined and even though I updated my payment info it still won’t charge me and now says I won’t be getting the February bag. That’s really messed up since I was one of the first to sign up for it.

Reply ButtonReply

Cassandra

I upgraded to X in December and was charged $27.06 on 1/27 and $59.54 today totaling $86.80. This does not appear correct based on the pricing explanation listed on their site. It reads I’ll be charged an Acura $30 on top of my normal plus plan $25. Has anyone else been charged extra?

Reply ButtonReply

Debra

I was billed twice also, for glam bag x,and regular glam bag….about 69.00 dollars…and when I saw my picks today, they included a complex culture tool, that was heart breaking,in personalization I picked no to tools, this is a house brand sonic t-bar that I would never give any credence.

Reply ButtonReply

Darkangel629

That T bar is in my bag too. I don’t know about that product yet, but the complex culture brushes have been amazing. I didn’t expect much out of them when I first saw them, but they are absolutely the softest brushes I’ve ever owned. Synthetic fibers, but feel like natural.

Bandaa

I also was charged full price despite having the annual subscription. I emailed cs requesting correction. We shall see how long that takes! 🤷‍♀️

Reply ButtonReply

Sherri

I have a pending charge on my credit card from today (1/31) for $59 and change, which I presume is the $55 for GBX plus tax. No other charges. I don’t think they even start billing as early as the 27th. Did you maybe buy something in the flash sale or one of the offers around that time?

Reply ButtonReply

Cassandra

Hi Sherri, thank you for the feedback. I did not make any purchases via their shop or flash sales. I thought it was normal as I assumed I would be billed the 25+tax and additional 30 for x. I’ll see if the charges get adjusted before reaching out to Ipsy. Thanks

Jessica

I was charged as well today, after cancelling x through customer service on the 19th. Go figure. Very upset about it

LJ

Just got an email from Ipsy saying my account was updated and Glam Bag X removed. I signed up months ago and didn’t update my account or remove this at all. Super disappointed. I did pause Jan and I guess that was what threw it off. I think this is the end of Ipsy for me as it’s not as if I need more makeup at this point.

Reply ButtonReply

Lisa

It is weird I also paused January (Glam Bag Plau) but I paused before I signed up for the X. I also still got my regular glam bag for January so I did have one active.

Reply ButtonReply

MzBev

This has got a few people thrown off. While on the waitlist, you cannot pause or cancel as it knocks you off the waitlist. You aren’t the only one who was caught off guard. Its been posted in a couple fb groups I’m in.

Reply ButtonReply

Mel

Replying to Valerie, It’s not about “gaming” the system. There are several reasons people skip bags it’s not about getting a fast one on Ipsy, lol! I was paused because of a shipping issue the month previous. For anyone that still wants X and was confirmed but skipped Jan, contact CS have them manually activate your account for you before the 31st and you will get x. That’s what my rep did, he said otherwise I would miss out.

Valerie.

It’s actually fair. You won’t be allowed to game the system by pausing. That way they can eliminate all the people that think they are going to be smart and pause for all the months except for Glam X months.

Emily

But I wasn’t in the waitlist, I had an email confirming I was in glam x from 12/9. Then I paused January bc there was nothing I wanted from the spoilers. If this is the case you would have to be locked into Ipsy for all the months between glam x bags to make sure you got glam x. BS

LJ

Now on the Ipsy page:

In order to get Glam Bag X, you must be an active member receiving a bag every month.

You can’t be on the every other month plan.

But does that mean you can’t pause at all??? It sounds like if you want X, you need to be an annual subscriber – period. Wonder what that means for people with multiple tiers and pausing?

Either way, I’m definitely off the list now and frankly don’t like Feb’s regular bag enough to spend the cash. Bummer. Congrats to all who are still on the list!

Reply ButtonReply

Kimberly

I passed for January and they wait listed me fir x. It was the first time I paused. Guess I’ll know better for next time.

Darkangel629

I had my regular bag paused for January, but Plus bag was active, and still got confirmed for glam bag X. I’m not sure how/if its bumping people off with multiple tiers, but I’m curious to know in case I need to pause my Plus bag in the future. Think it will effect it?

Kay

I think you’re right and that you got removed from the list because you paused. I remember when I first signed up for the waitlist, it said that only people with active (so not paused) accounts could get the glam bag x. I was paused when the list first opened, so I had to wait a month to even sign up

Reply ButtonReply

Lj

If I’d paused Feb that would be 100% true, but Jan shouldn’t have affected it as they bill monthly. I emailed them and was told it’s a tech issue they are aware of, but can’t guarantee that I’ll still be on the list come Feb 2 for X. Cute, right?

Emily

Just got the same email and I signed up as soon as it was offered. Wtf Ipsy???

Reply ButtonReply

rembole

For those of you who signed up for glam bag X, what does your account say under glam bag x membership? I have a confirmation email from December saying I’m confirmed for Glam bag X, but in my account it says “ Status: You’re in line for Glam Bag X. Stay tuned— it’s totally worth the wait. We’ll email you once your upgrade is confirmed and we bill you.” Does everyone’s say that or did mine get messed up somehow? Thanks !!!

Reply ButtonReply

Darkangel629

If you click on the account tab, then membership, then glam bag X membership, it’ll tell you if you’re getting one. Mine says “Status- Active”, then under that “you were successfully billed for February. If you don’t want a Glam Bag X in May, please update your membership before 12PM PT on 4/30/2021.” Hope this helps.

Reply ButtonReply

Kastaway

Mine says “WE’RE MAKING YOUR GLAM BAG X
We’re picking out products for you. We’ll email you as soon as your bag is ready.”

Reply ButtonReply

Mary

Yes, Im so disappointed! Same!! I signed up on November 18, the same day they offered it to me.
I have my congratulation email saying I will be billed for Feb and receive Patrick Ta GlamBag X and receive between Feb 10-28th, I sent the email to CS yesterday and they are literally avoiding answering the question of what happened, and telling me Im in line. My email clearly states I was already signed up, so how am I now in line??? Unbelievable Ipsy!!! So in November my bag and add ons were lost in the mail, fine, I put in a request and they said they sent a new bag and 3 add ons were out of stock. Two weeks later, no bag, so I ask for shipping info, CS tells me, so sorry, there was a glitch your replacement was not sent, I will send a request now, but all add ons are not available anymore. I was disappointed but did receive the Nov bag in January. So because of this I skipped Dec and Jan glambag and was just going to see how GlamBag X goes. Well here we are and I am no longer getting GlamBag X for Feb. I think Im done with Ipsy at this point. I am just letting other’s know my situation because, for two years I never had anything happen, but now it’s nonstop issues.

Reply ButtonReply

Sav

Mine says the same thing. And it is asking me to choose my February glam bag item. So am I not actually getting the X bag? I’m so confused.

Reply ButtonReply

Claire

I got the email saying the order was confirmed for the Feb bag x Patrick Ta and we’ll let you know when it’s time to build your bag and just recently it changed to you’re on the list… 🙄So kinda confused and disappointed

Sherri

Mine said something like that at one point (after signing up) but at the moment it says “You signed up for Glam Bag X. Stay tuned for more info on how to go extra.” I think the message just changed recently.

Reply ButtonReply

rembole

Now that you say that, I remember mine used to say that as well. I am just hoping it didn’t change bc I decided to sign up for glam bag plus recently and it put me at the back of the line or something.

Alisha

Will we receive our GlamBagX products in a bag like we normally do with GlamBag Plus or will we have to choose the bag in place of one of our products? I’m confused!

Reply ButtonReply

Sherri

Ispy has said that there will be no bag per se for GBX, but that a bag will be a choice item, so if you wanted it, you could select the bag as one of your products.

Reply ButtonReply

Jessica

I’m wondering if I have glam bag and glam bag plus, which one with this be replacing? Do I get to choose or will they make that Choice for me? Or will I only get glam bag x?

Reply ButtonReply

Sarah Womack

It will replace your Glam Bag Plus. You, unfortunately, don’t get a choice. If you only have a Glam Bag it just replaces it. If you have both, it replaces the Plus and you will receive your regular Glam Bag as normal! Hope that helps 🙂

Reply ButtonReply

Jen

Does anybody know where I can get those exact scrunchies?

Reply ButtonReply

Cecilia Garza

Can you still get a pot for the glam x

Reply ButtonReply

Cb

Ipsy says feb box is sold out but you can reserve your spot for Mays box right now

Reply ButtonReply

Tanya Gravel

I’m so excited because the huda palette and pat McGrath mascara are for everyone 😍 those lip colors are pretty too. I can’t wait to see what I receive.

Reply ButtonReply

Marie

Those items are a “may” include item.

Reply ButtonReply

Tanya Gravel

The palette and mascara are guaranteed for everyone. The lip colors are may be in your bag.

Mary GT

I have never heard of Patrick Ta or any of those celebrities, but I am really looking forward to this bag! It’s not the same brands we always get, and I see no leftovers from old bags. These spoilers are all items I would love to try, especially that lighter lipstick shade. I am hoping the items we aren’t seeing will be as nice.

Reply ButtonReply

Jennifer

Is the Huda Palette not a guarantee? From previous spoilers it looked like it was a definite, but that there would be choice items and not yet spoiled items that could be variations. Maybe I misread the spoilers, thought they said ‘will include’ not ‘might include.’

The palette and the Babelash are why I subbed, so I’ll be a bit disappointed if I get a non-palette variation. Though realistically, I don’t need another palette, since I have about 6-7 unopened ones from sub boxes, am loving the Nomad Berlin Underground palette from Ipsy add ons a bit ago, and it’s too big to put in a travel kit. So I’ll try to keep an open mind. It’s just so pretty ^.^

Reply ButtonReply

Beth

Everyone is getting the Huda palette & PM mascara. The “May receive” is an error from MSA.

Reply ButtonReply

MizzEmm

I hope so! I agree with Amber the Huda eyeshadow palette was my main push to upgrade to X so I will be super disappointed if I dont get it. Fingers crossed everything with choice and all goes smoothly. I’m so excited!

Amber P

I’m with you on this, the previous spoilers did make it seem like that was included. I’ve been wanting one of the big Huda palettes for a long time so being able to essentially buy one and get 6 other items “for free” it was a no brainer to me (I also really liked the lash serum spoiler).

If I don’t get either I’m going to be pretty upset.

Reply ButtonReply

LJ

I’m cautiously optimistic about Glam Bag X. I don’t need any more products without doing a full destash, but I do like the overall brand list of options. Hopefully this launch will go better than the Ultimate did. Fingers crossed!

Reply ButtonReply

Alice

Anyone know how to be removed from the X list? I’ve already sent an email to CS, no reply yet. I don’t see any link to remove/cancel under manage membership. I’m cleaning house on subs, lol.

Reply ButtonReply

Alice

Update, CS responded and removed me from X.

Reply ButtonReply

AJ

boxycharm’s february boxes were meh. so glad that i canceled and signed up for ipsy’s glam bag x. i am excited for everything so far!

Reply ButtonReply

Joy

Im excited to try it! I tried the GB ultimate and quickly saw that wasnt for me. Im hoping this balances out my always heavy skin care months. Cant wait!

Reply ButtonReply

Carol

Oof, the last thing I need is another lipstick that I don’t like lol.

Reply ButtonReply

Snow

Halsey’s ipsy bonding moment with her mom cracked me up 😂

Reply ButtonReply

Jeanine

Such a joke…two plus subs is cheaper and you get more products! They just want us to feel like we are missing something….and I’m here for it!! What is wrong with me??

Reply ButtonReply

Svetlana7e

quantity over quality

Reply ButtonReply

Bae

I think you mean quality over quantity.

amber

They’re including some products that you would absolutely not get in a plus sub. That Huda palette, for example.

Reply ButtonReply

Blue

See that doesn’t make sense to me. Ipsy just bought out Boxycharm. Boxycharm is nearly the same price as Ipsy Glam Bag Plus and they put Huda palettes in BC. I got two in the past two months. I do have the Luxe so every three months I do pay extra for the higher tier box but I think one of my palettes was from a regular box. I did notice that for Feb add-ons on BC they suddenly have a lot of Ipsy brands. Ipsy now has a lot of brands you normally see on BC too. I get both subs. Hopefully they’ll keep most of their companies they curate from separate because I don’t want to start getting stuff in both boxes from the same handful of companies *coughwanderbeautycough*.

inkchick

I really hope this is better than the huge disappointment that Ultimate was. I did sign up for February, so I will know soon.

Reply ButtonReply

Alice

I’m out. This isn’t the ‘X’-tra I was expecting. And, the ‘may include’ language indicates variations. Not surprising for Boxycharm. Lots of money saved.

Reply ButtonReply

Charlotte

This is Ipsy, not Boxycharm…. But yes, of course there will be variations. X operates the same way Plus does now; Ipsy will choose certain items, and then subscribers will choose the rest of their box from a list of products in each category (that Ipsy has chosen for them). If you were expecting everyone to receive the same box, then you are absolutely in the wrong place.

However, my understanding is that all subscribers will be getting the Huda palette, Pat McGrath mascara, and a Patrick Ta product, so if those are the items you were hoping for, I wouldn’t cancel just yet.

Reply ButtonReply

Jennifer

I mostly subbed for the palette and lash serum (choice item,) and I’d be happy with either the blush or brown kit. 🙂 The brow kit is probably a better option for me, but I’m a blush addict so wouldn’t be too sad for the blush.

So I’m going to stick with it and see how it goes! I can always cancel the next box if I hate spoilers for it.

Sara

Ipsy bought Boxy, so I’m sure there’s going to be lots of overlapping now😐

Katy

Celebrity and influencer makeup lines aren’t typically anything to write home about.

With that being said, I do like many of Rihanna’s products that I’ve tried. She debuted at Sephora though, which gives her line a lot of clout in my opinion.

I did also try and like a Lady Gaga lip gloss Ispy sent out last year. So it is rare, yet possible, to find good celebrity makeup line products.

Well Patrick Ta is apparently a famous makeup artist (I don’t follow them too closely) and his line also debuted at Sephora. I’ve heard good things, but his aesthetic is not mine.
