  1. If the people at Allure are reading this…

I would love to see a toner, a setting or finishing powder, a high quality lip balm, travel size shampoos/conditioners (not foil packs), maybe something for the shower or bath, a primer moisturizer, a high quality makeup brush, an essence (I know we just got one haha), a perfume sampler, a leave in hair conditioner, deluxe sample or full sample of a clay mask, beauty tools…. Would love to receive anything full size from Sunday Riley or more prestige well known like La Mer too.

  2. Loving it so far! If the people at Allure are reading this, this is what I’d like to see in my box during this time (winter and pandemic):

    -Nice lip scrubs and balms
    -Hair products
    -Good hand creams
    -Good body lotions
    -Maybe some nice eyebrow tweezers

    ❤️

    • All great ideas especially the lip scrub and tweezers.

  3. I literally just bought this in FFF edit sale because it sounded interesting…now I’ll have two full size ones. Let’s hope I like it!

  4. I have their styling cream for curly hair and it is the best thing I have ever used. I’m more than happy to try this out, too. I have high hopes.

    • I’ve been looking for a new one to try and came across your comment. And definitely trying, thank you!! 😊

  5. I’ve skipped since July, but, so far, I’m totally down with this box.

    • right! 2 prestige brands that I already use regularly…yes, please!! 🙂

  6. This box is looking really tempting now!

  7. This box is looking great so far!! (I have skipped since the new $23 boxes came out.)

  8. Ok allure, let’s see some full size oribe product in March then I’d be over the moon. That’s a scent I really love. And I would never pay for either lol. I’ve even considered buying the perfume just to smell like I use it.

    • hey denise….let’s tell them we want the oribe full size shampoo and conditioner…i love this stuff..

      • 👍👍👍

    • I LOVE the Oribe scent too! I wanted to get the perfume forever, but it’s kinda pricey! I finally found a site with a coupon & bought the rollerball. It smells great, but it isn’t an exact comparison to using the dry shampoo. It’s possible that using the spray perfume would smell better than the rollerball. I had never even heard of Oribe until I received it in a FFF box. I wish it wasn’t so expensive!!

    • <3 the perfume used in Oribe. I love the few Oribe samples I've tried, that I plan on buying the full size of the voluminizing hairspray!

  9. Christophe Robin is really making the subbox rounds right now and I have no complaints!

    • Exactly how I feel. I love that brand.

  10. The 2 spoilers look good. I have never heard of U Beauty before but finally a box I’m excited to receive.

    • U Beauty is the bomb! I live for their products

  11. I’ll definitely use this! I’m totally low maintenance about hair but even I have heard about this brand haha! I even like sandalwood haha

  12. What could go wrong? You could end up with polka dots on your head Really.

    • Polka dots? Is it causing hair loss when you use it?

    • Please explain??

      • I think she’s referring to an earlier discussion about diy highlights.
I’ll be swapping my Christophe Robin as my hair doesn’t need it.

  13. I am excited for the February box! I skipped the December one – does anyone know if it will automatically start back for January? Or do I have to call to restart it?

    • I skipped October and received November without having to call or email. But keep an eye out for a shipping notification because I think I’ve read people having a different experience. Enjoy!

    • I would call to confirm! Sometimes I skip just a month or until I call back.

  14. FINALLY!!! This box only showing 2 spoilers is the best box since they changed the price. Looks amazing and I cant wait to see what else will be in it.

  15. That hair cream looks nice, I love sandalwood. I have too much stuff to use up though.

  16. $43 for this, the insane $148 value of the first spoiler plus 4 other products? I’m sold for February.

  17. Has anyone tried U Beauty? I might be out of the loops, but I’ve never heard of the brand. Curious if anyone has reviews on this product. Most comments are on CR. Thank you!!

    • you can find comments on it in first spoiler post. they were positive

    • I have it, and live it. Will Def be getting this box for a back up!

    • Have it – use it – love it…want to buy an additional box for the month — and should be able to grab another since a lot want to skip!

  18. February is looking better than the last 2 months!

  19. Do we have to wait until February to sub to the Feb box? I don’t want January’s but def don’t want this to sell out before I can get one!

    • You should wait until February 1. I don’t think I’ve ever seen one sell out. In addition, it’s easier to cancel if you order it through Amazon. I would only subscribe to Allure if you want to commit because canceling through them is more of a hassle.

  20. I’m excited about trying this leave in product after finding out it’s silicone free.

  21. 43 dollars for 3.4 oz holy crap. Of course I will love this just like I love the scalp ones I have. My rich tastes do NOT fit my budget that’s for sure lol. When I show my husband the size and then tell him the price I doubt he would complain about the 14 dollars a month I locked into. His big line is “it’s only worth what I’m willing to pay” lol funny he never says that about the stuff for him 🤦😁

  22. I haven’t had allure for over a year and can’t wait to sign up again! This puts beautyfix to shame

    • My December Beautyfix had a full size Chrisophe Robin cleansing paste and this month it’s going to have a deluxe size of a CR scalp scrub. And now the hair cream? Love getting both the subs!

  23. The sandalwood is barely there.

    • Thank you. I’m not really into sandelwood unless it’s very far down on the list. Even the quai I had to get used to, but it grew on me

      • I don’t like the way this smells. I received it in a Net a Porter kit last year. It’s probably the only CR product l have tried that l don’t absolutely love.

  24. Yay, a hair product that’s not a styling aid!

Not fond of sandalwood, but CR is a good line.

    • The sandalwood is barely there.

      • Okay.

My husband’s father would leave sandalwood soap in dresser drawers to scent his clothing.

We’re using the same dressers and it lingers.

  25. Fantastic. I love to try new hair creams.

  26. I’m excited. My hair really needs this since I haven’t had it cut since March and my ends are looking fried 💇🏻‍♀️

    • Same! Last salon visit was very early March.

      • Same also, and my hair was highlighted, so you can imagine how bad it looks now. Ewww. I’m ready to go get a box of frost and glow lol

      • I couldn’t respond to Denise, but I am right there with her! My highlights start under my ears now … it’s pretty bad. I’m going to try to color over them soon. Gosh, is that what it was called back in the day, frost and glow? I remember my mom and her friends with those caps on their heads and they’d pull out strands with a crochet hook and bleach them. How hard could it be? What could go wrong? Hahahaha

      • Michelle, the only reason I haven’t done that is because when you try to go back to your darker natural color it can show up greenish on the blonde highlighted part. You would need to put on a filler color first and it’s a whole big thing that I’m not willing to screw up . The frost and glow seemed like the better way to go. Only then you can end up with big blobs of highlight if it seems through. So I guess I’m going to have to deal with this half and half until this ends.

      • you can color your bleached hair , just get a color that says neutral or natural on the box- anything else you will have green ash or lots of red, stick with N in the title= Im a hairdresser for 30 years now

    • My highlights have definitely grown out but I’m kinda liking the look!

Back when I was a kid, my mom used to “frost” her hair all of the time. The hair cap with the hair pulled through all these tiny holes was truly a (frightening) sight to behold. That along with the banana clip 😂

      • The banana clip 🤣🤣🤣 Oh my lord I think my mom had ten of those! And did the Frost and Glow! I wonder if everything we do now will look as crazy to the next generation

  27. This looks amazing! I’ll resub for February just for these two products. I’m glad these boxes are looking good again!

    • What could go wrong? You could end up with polka dots on your head Really.

      • Lila your comment makes no sense at all.

  28. Wow. Looking like a great box so far!

  29. Happy to try it! My hair hasn’t seen professional hands and scissors in almost a year, I’ll take everything that could help to manage it.

    • LOL girl same. I need all the help I can get. I used to not be a big fan of hair products in sub boxes but now… BRING EM ON!

  30. I’ll take it!

  31. This is already my favorite Allure box in a long time!

  32. Has anyone tried the CR hair cream? I am pretty much brand loyal to Living Proof…and a full-size is a lot of product if it isn’t great.

    • I got the CR in a kit from net a portet about a year ago. I practically cried when I ran out. To each their own, but I love this stuff.

    • I like CR far more than anything I have tried by LP, but that is entirely my preference and what works for my hair (fine but thick, slightly wavy hair to my butt)
