I was under the impression this had five full size items. Instead I got a palette I’ve seen at TJMaxx recently, a highlighter, and a mascara, plus a deluxe sample of lip gloss and some lame bobby-pins, and it cost way more than boxycharm base boxes that by the way have included too faced products. Never again.

That was what I got initially but then I called customer service and they told me they were shippping the other items out separately under a different tracking #. I got the other 3 items today a pallette, a highlighter and a lip gloss. Really nice set ! Call customer service and tell them you are missing the other 3 items.

So so disappointed. I was missing two items and spent over an hour on the phone with them just for them to hang up on me. I was looking forward to this since last year was so great. Returning what little I did get.

I just got the shipping notification. It’s got the pretty rich palette, damn girl mascara, damn girl hair pins and two items that are back ordered and will ship later the love light blinded by the light highlighter and deluxe rich and dazzling lip gloss in sunset crush.

I got an email that the Pretty Rich palette and Blinded by the light highlighter was out of stock and have been canceled from my order. So frustrating because they did not indicate in my email that they would ship out later or anything but I am still being charged $42 for the mystery bag.

I got an email that the Blinded by the light was shipping, so I think these items will ship separately. And they brought it back so I think they should restock. If they charge you and you get no product contract customer service, they are good about issuing a refund. The cinnamon lip plumper burned my lips and they refunded me my money. FYI it has cayenne pepper in it.
