I just got mine today on Jan 6th 2020!. It shipped on the 16th and ended up in PA for that whole time. I gave up but they were super kind and refunded me the day it started moving. But after all that they ended up putting my refund on payment used which happened to get fraud purchases and card was shut off. I emailed them back and said this and forget the refund all together. I am not sure if it costs them money for the card mix up. Blah blah blah! 🙂 sorry for the uneventful novel I just wrote… I fell asleep a few times writing it too. 😴 Nap time anyone! Ha zzzzzzzzzz

I received mine on 1/4/21… emailed them twice because I had the exact same problem, it was held in PA for like 20 days, how ridiculous but customer service was awful for me, they told me it was delayed due to the holidays. Maybe I should try to email them again, it was only $20 but still.

If you got SkinCeutical deal before selling out, what did you get as bonus items? I received a set of 2 sheet masks and 2 AHA peeling pads, both 3 step system) and a travel size bottle of Philosophy body lotion. I think it is well thought that people who ordered Dr. Dennis Gross item received higher priced bonus items. I am happy with my choice as the SkinCeutical serum is whopping $166 that I could never even think of buying at full price.

To those who purchase this, does anyone else’s serum smell a bit stale or off? I read reviews to see what is the norm, and I’ve seen it described as both pleasant and neutral. I’m not sensitive to smells, but mine smells a little weird, definitely not pleasant and not quite neutral.

I got mine late, which was on 1/4/21, mine was stuck in PA for like 20 days. But mine had the exact same 2 sides as well. Very happy w mine but I may not be able to use the conditioner as my hair is pretty thin.

This was a special holiday offer (5 days, 5 offers and then they offered an extra offer after day 5) but they do have Free Friday offers that you only pay about $8 for shipping. I’ve grabbed a few nice products with it.

I just got day 1, the grande mascara and gloss. It came with a plain silver gift bag and tissue that were a bit beat up from shipping. The extra gifts were 0.2 oz amorepacific Youth Revolution and 0.5 oz. Sulwhasoo Essential Balancing Emulsion. So nice little extras, but not at all giftable.

I am pretty impressed with the Perricone MD serum I am using in combination with a new moisterizer… I (and others) can literally see the hyper-pignmation mask/large pores lifting off my face. ! I haven’t see results this fast and amazing since Skinceuticals and Moss Vitamin C serum….Bring on Dr. Gross…maybe my mature skin needs more science than clean beauty. lol

I really enjoyed Dr. Gross retinol eye gel, can’t remember specific name but I never received in a sub box… wait, maybe Barneys GWP sample?… I can’t believe I missed a Skinceuticals bundle…That C is worth every penny for my pores and I sure have tried other brands… Oh well, not like I don’t have a fantastic stash.. I’ve loved every Dr. Dennis Gross product I’ve ever tried. So much so that I’m actually still in mourning over the loss of the MediSpa peel and milky thingy that came with it. Deep sigh. Anyway, I have high hopes for the Stress Rescue Serum. He doesn’t let people down (except, of course, when he discontinues absolutely brilliant products.) Also, thanks for listening.

Well I just called NewBeauty today to find out when I might receive my Dr. Dennis Gross. I paid on 12/11 and I do not have my item. It looks like they do not know when I will receive it. “It is in transit, call us in another week if you have not received it.” Well that is disappointing. I ordered something on Amazon on Sunday and got it Wed so it is possible. A number of folks here received it so I guess it depends where you live. Yeah New Jersey !!! Anyway, I am still looking forward to it and I hope I get it for the New Year. So hang in there folks if you have not received it yet. Happy Holidays 🙂

Today I finally received it. Yeah !! 12/31/20. I received the Dr. Dennis Gross Serum and Fig Native leave in conditioner 6 oz. and the Amika Nice Cream cleansing conditioner 8.45 oz that others have mentioned. Very happy.

I got a mini from sephora. I really liked it tho it smells a bit turmericish(sp?l. It brightened and created a smooth texture. Im glad I got it at this discounted price.
