Jewelry Subscription Box Review November 2020

Teardrop Ring (Size 9)

The first item I dug into this month was the medium-sized box which contained the teardrop ring and earrings. While I am accustomed to receiving rings in boxes on their own, I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the clear baggie that this gem was placed inside. I have proclaimed that I prefer colorless stones over colored ones in the past, and was happy that my stylist took this to heart for the month of November. This size 9 ring is unlike anything I have ever seen before, as it dons an almost indescribable abstract shape that glistens in the light. Smothered in crystals, a large teardrop stone steals the show while being set off to one side. Because size 9 is the size ring I wear on my middle finger, pointer finger, and thumb, it is very versatile as well as comfortable to wear. The structure is so unique that it is sure to get compliments once we can head back into the real world (which hopefully will be sooner than later!)

Flower Earrings

Sticking with the colorless stone theme, I also received these absolutely darling dangling flower earrings. Also featuring a unique design, the flowers actually can spin on the metal structure that hangs from another round stone. The only qualm I have about these earrings is the clasp. While it closes easily and tightly for a secure fit, these small round clasps are almost too small for my thick ear lobes and tend to be a bit painful to put on. Once they are through the hole it is no problem, but I would much prefer a straight post or hook. I did appreciate the sparkle these earrings gave my ruffled skirt and jean jacket look and will sacrifice the initial discomfort to wear these as they are truly beautiful.

Statement Necklace

The last item I received was this beautiful statement necklace. Straying from the colorless gemstone look, this netted necklace is strung together with 3 types of stones in varying colors. To me, this necklace gives off more of a spring vibe than a November one, but I was quite intrigued when I noticed it matched my ruffle skirt perfectly. This necklace is similar to other pieces I have seen while out and about, but I was really drawn to that cornflower blue accent color. While I won't be able to wear this necklace with a lot of my wardrobe, I really feel it makes this particular outfit, and I will be glad to wear it once the weather warms up. A pleasant surprise, as it is not something I would have purchased on my own, but am glad to have it added to my collection after giving it a test run.

Verdict: Jewelry Subscription is a really fun subscription that makes my day each month I receive it. I am an accessory addict, and every day I look for and select items that coordinate my outfits, even during quarantine as it just plain makes me happy. I was very impressed with the items my stylist chose for me this month as they are all things I will incorporate into my daily outfits. If you are into accessorizing and surprises, this subscription is going to be right up your alley, and I recommend checking it out. I can't wait to see what they send next month!

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Every box is different and items are selected based on your style profile!

Value Breakdown: This box costs $36.99 a month + free shipping, which means that each of the 3 items in the box has an average cost of $12.33.

I miss the Enchanted Treasure box, it was the best jewelry sub I tried as the pieces were quality and there were always fun extras in the box like nice crystals, barrettes, even a lotus incense burner once. I cancelled because the price point was too high for a monthly sub (I think $50,) and I wasn’t particularly into the goddess/tarot theme they had going, but considering the jewelry I got is likely to last until I pass them off to my daughters, and I wear a couple a lot, perhaps I should have picked up a couple more boxes.

Jewelry style is so personal though, I’ve found I much prefer buying pieces I like than getting jewelry subs. For those who like to wear new pieces all the time rather than rotate between a few favorites, though, they can be nice. 🙂

The Enchanted Treasure box sounds so fascinating Jemnifer! Jewelry style is personal. When I worked at the hospital I didn’t get to wear a lot, but now working at the school (when we are actually IN school) I love adding accessories…the kids think it’s fun too! Thanks for commenting <3
