I have been waiting to hear back from GlobeIn regarding the broken ( literally arrived in pieces ) Bakers Box casserole dish I finally got in the mail. Its still in the box and literally garbage.

Plus never received the”Add-On” item I bought which should have been included in the box or at least noted was shipping separately.

Poor business practices overall.

I wish I had read these comments before purchasing from Globe-In. They have been on my wishlist of subs for a long time and I finally took advantage of a deal. I have been waiting for weeks for a shipping confirmation so I emailed them last week but I still haven’t heard back. I received an automated response telling me it could be up to 2 weeks before they get back to me due to a high volume of emails. That lead me here. When a company tells you 2 weeks on a response… it raises suspicion. I think I will just submit a claim to get my money back. I am not going to deal with a run-around.

Yes Tiffany I ordered a box plus add ons in October and have not received them yet. This week I received the mystery box for buying the add ons, but not the add ons or box.

Why are they trying to lure in new customers when they haven’t shipped anything to the ones they have in months? I’m sorry but you can’t keep blaming everything on Covid. Gifts that were “guaranteed to be there by Christmas” aren’t, and if you email them you may get a copy/paste response two weeks from now.

I do not recommend this company. I finally got my money back in a PayPal dispute after months of run around, blanket CS replies, and being blown off. I never received orders dating back from August, September, October, and November. Members may get their items after waiting months on end only to find them broken and shattered due to poor packaging.

Stay far away, and beware.

I love this company but I would advise new subscribers to wait until their shipping issues have been straightened out, or to understand that there will be a substantial delay before receiving your order.

Thank you all for addressing this. I previously had an annual subscription that expired before the shipping issues. I was just thinking of rejoining, but I’ll hold off for now. Are market orders/add ons also delayed?
