BoxyCharm December 2020 Full Spoilers!

The same thing happened to me…I paid for the 3 months base box subscription. The first month was supposed to be the December 2020 box (per my boxycharm account), but all of the items I received were actually leftovers from the November 2020 box. On my account, I can review the December box itself, but I am not able to review any of the products for extra charms because all of the products I received were from November and there is no option to leave a review anymore on those items. I contacted customer support and all they offered me was a $12 add-ons coupon. Ridiculous.

What did you end up getting if you don’t mind me asking? It may have been better? lot of times they do a starter box I think too so could have been that and then next month you choose an item and get a base box.

This was the worst Boxy ever!! This is my second box and it was so bad. Another one of those where things had just been thrown in a box without packaging. I received Tarte Mascara (yay), Ofra Banana Power (no), an orange red Mac lipstick (NO, color was awful), the ugliest cheapest Caliente palette and an ugly brown lip gloss. I did not receive one single spoiler. No lashes, no Huda palette, no Elemis. Now I remember why I quit the first time. Looks like one more box and I’m done.

Same. I received the palette with the code I input, one add on item I paid for a 4 other items that weren’t listed. I am really confused?

Same. I hate this box. The lipstick is okay, but I wouldn’t pay more than $8 for it. No skincare even though my preferences are set to ‘mostly skincare.’ I also didn’t get my box until Dec 31st. Worst one of the year.

i was missing charms for my november items, i messaged on the boxycharm website, they replied. their email is not monitored. so best way is message on boxybot chat on the website. bot couldnt answer/resolve my question so it forwarded my message to the help center and got a reply within few days.

I love your formula to quantify value. My husband has a similar one where he has to use something at many times for each dollar he paid for it. But, with some makeup that would never work (think Tom Ford Quads), but with your formula, I’d be golden with 10-12 uses. I love it!

Your dream was my reality. I just received the Charlotte Tilbury Mystery Box. I already have and love her lipstick in Walk of Shame AND I have a back up. I got another one in the mystery box along with a broken blush in Walk of Shame. The accidentally sent another WoS lipstick (that makes FOUR) before sending the blush. I’m not mad.

So glad you posted! I just took the sponge out and rolled the pink ball down the hallway, my cat Sacha was on it in an instant!🤣🤣🤣

I was thinking the same thing. I just opened my luxe box and i was like “huh”, how come i didn’t get a glamnetic lashes?.

Thats exactly why I canceled Boxy like 8 months ago and everytime I see spoilers I feel even better about that decision. They always advertise great products at first but when the full spoilers come out its like 3 great products and the rest are a bunch of fillers. Only certain people get the great products and everyone else gets boxes full of fillers. I’ll never subscribe to Boxy again. Even Premium wasn’t worth it, its slightly better than the base box but not enough to make it worth the price. I’ll stick with Ipsy, I’ve had the regular GB for two years now and GBP for one year and while every once and a while I get a dud 95% of the time I’m really happy with what they send me. GBP is great and im always happy with what I get especially now that you get to choose 3 products every month

Yep, happened to me too, bait and switch! The only the Premium box with the Fenty crossover didn’t do that because of limited variation

There is no excuse for them to send anyone that Caliente palette right now. The web page for the company’s ad copy for it says, “get ready to feel the summer fantasy!” They put this in a December box and sent it to where I’ve already had snow. And it’s a lousy palette. The mattes are pigments that I swatched hours ago and they stain so bad. The orange color would be good as a blaze orange shade for those who go deer hunting. I would have loved the teased Huda palette, just like last month I would have loved the teased ND palette. They are becoming such a consistent disappoinment after so many years that I’m ready to be done with them.

Pay no attention to the “theme”, the products never match the theme with Boxy lol
