Has anyone heard anything about what the full spoilers are? It’s January 5th & the December box is still up on they’re website! I’m annoyed they haven’t been releasing the full spoilers till way late the last few months! One of the things I really like about beautyfix is they are usually on it & have super fast shipping.
I ordered two December boxes yesterday, signing up for the monthly subscription with each. But seeing these spoilers today, I’m not impressed. I went to cancel, and they don’t show up under my subscriptions. I’m scared that means I’ll be getting two of these not so great January boxes wether I want to or not. Boo! I should have checked spoilers first. I was just so stoked to get the Christophe Robin hair stuff that I ordered without checking. Sigh.

Log onto your account and go to your order history if the item has not shipped yet you can usually cancel it. So if December was sold out and you cant order jan till 1/5 i would think this would be a very good possibility for you. At the very least you will be able to see what boxes you actually ordered. Mackenzie, my December box was missing in the mail so I contacted customer service via chat on Dec 22nd and they at 1st told me that they are shipping me another one. However, then they told me it was sold out that’s why they couldn’t mail another one and refunded me.

I had the exact same experience on December 22. I am a monthly subscriber and my box has been sitting in Nevada since December 4 (shipped December 2). I called to inquire at first they tried to reship but then told me it was sold out and refunded me. I will be so irritated if people who ordered late December get boxes and mine never shows up. 🙁

Mine actually finally came on Dec 24th after being shipped on Dec 1st. So I got a free box. I am stoked. I also know the email you are referring to. I was surprised to get it after being told it wasn’t available. I tried it just out of curiosity and was taken to “this page is not available”. Hope you get December!

So weird because I have an email from the 25th advertising it and saying to hurry up and order. I ordered at around midnight on the 30th, so we shall see… I’m sorry 🙁

Aw I hope the December box makes it to you! I tried several different days towards the end of December to order the box, and even got an email saying stock was low and urging to make the order if I wanted the box, but every time I kept getting hit with “this page does not exist.” in the past, that’s meant that it’s sold out for me. If you search their site for Beautyfix, then scroll wayyyyyy down to the bottom of the page where it say monthly or one time, it’s still there. I don’t know why the main link always quits working early, because there are still multiple other ways to find it on the site..

Are you sure it was sold out? I placed an order for it on December 29th and it shipped out the following day. I’m not sure what I’ll actually get in the mail, but I didn’t see anything indicating it wouldn’t be the December box. I guess we’ll find out soon enough!

Oh man! I hope I don’t receive something else. I just typed in Beautyfix and clicked on the box, and it let me order two. I took a screenshot of my order and it shows two December Beautyfix boxes. I’ll be really bummed if I don’t get them!

I’m excited for the SkinMedica. Not super pumped about the full size but the other brands listed are great so I guess I’ll wait to see which items are included from those brands. I don’t mind mostly deluxe sizes since it lets me try new things faster and I have a big product stash at the moment anyways.

On a random note- does anybody know what happening with the quarterly Sunday Riley box? That was my all time favorite and it will be almost a year soon since we’ve seen one. 🙁

I did email them 6 months back and they said it’s been put on hold and will be back and it will be extra good when it does come back. But I’ve heard that a lot in this bad bad 2020.

For 31 dollars they should guarantee 2 full sizes at least. That’s a lot compared to other boxes out at the moment. I’ll just stick to my ipsy and save up skincare that way, but it is a shame. They always have some brands I don’t see sampled anywhere else. I would pay it in the future, but they really have to make it worth it for me

The first box is not free. But after first it’s free. I think they are trying to curb people subbing and then canceling.

I haven’t subscribed in a while. This used to be my favorite. I’ve purchased several individual boxes and some two for one offers in the meantime. The shipping charge will now prevent me from purchasing more BF.

When does the new shipping charges start? Or does it start when you stop your subscription then restart it? I went to cancel today but they charged me on January 2nd, they didn’t charge me for shipping sooo it must start if you cancel then decide to sign back up…

Courtney, I believe it’s just the first box of a new sub that has the shipping charge, so if you cancel, then resub, your next box will be considered the first of your “new” subscription and therefore have the shipping charge. I believe it goes back to the old price from your “second” box on. I hope that made sense and was accurate! 😁

I hope you contact them to get a refund. My box was missing in action for 6 days. There was no movement even though it was in my city. I contacted them. They were going to send another, but it was sold out, so they refunded me. Eventually my box did show up. So I got a free box. I thought for sure it was lost. It just showed up last week.

The extra shipping is a major bummer. I haven’t subscribed in awhile and a collagen serum seems unnecessary (I mean if they worked, sure, but topically it doesn’t do much.)

I cancelled last night because there weren’t any spoilers and I didn’t want to forget. This looks ok. If the skin medica were full sized I would be more interested. However, the serum really seems to be mostly collagen, and I’ve never found a reference to say topical collagen is effective. Has to be consumed.
