Well this is already worth the $13.75 I paid for this box. I love Saturday Skin and am excited to try this products. Already like this one spoiler better then the whole December box.

I love this product so much and I just ran out a few weeks ago and haven’t bought another peeling gel yet. SUPER HAPPY that this is a full size item and I will definitely use it. It is well worth the $23 on it’s own, so I am crossing my fingers that this box is going to be awesome ♡

I already have this. not bad just so so.
It didn’t powerfully exfoliate my dull skin. very mild one.

Good start! I’ve used this and liked it. It’s gentle but gets the job done.

ok.. I’m listening!

Yay! I almost bought this from Boxy Pop-up so I’m glad I restrained myself.

Same! So glad I didn’t pull the trigger.
I’m happy with this, it’s a much better spoiler than the last few months have given us right off the bat.

Keep it going allure. You can do it.

I was excited for this spoiler until I saw the fifth listed ingredient was denatured alcohol. Not for sensitive skin, unfortunately.

This is an amazing product and I only use it 1x every 2 weeks or so, and then after I rinse it – I will layer my serums and moisturize. It is actually a pretty gentle exfoliating peel. You may be surprised on how good it is and makes your skin feel. 🙂

FYI, this product isnt bad but it’s one of those gimmicky products with cellulose (3rd ingredient) that makes it appear the dead skin in balling up as you rub it. It’s not dead skin, it’s the cellulose. Now, I have this product, I use it on occasion. It does make my skin feel softer and smoother. Sometimes more then others for some reason, probably just the state of my skin when I use it. But dont be amazed by the globs of dead skin you think may be coming off your face, it’s not that good of an exfoliator. I dont know if anything is that good.

Have you ever tried the Body Shop Youth Peel? It really does take skin off in balls. I can tell because if I don’t thoroughly rub it, some of my skin will be half clinging on my face still and bumpy. It only comes all off if I keep rubbing in circles. This Saturday Skin one does feel like it is more of the gimmick, but it still works to make face smooth so I like it.

Jenn,
Thank you for the information. I got it in the boxycharm skin care box last year and I couldn’t believe the amount of dead skin I thought I was removing everytime I used it. I have used other exfoliators and have not had dead skin balling up. I was so confused.

So it’s like the E.L.F. exfoliator.

Okay.

I have never tried this product. Good start!!! Skipped the last two boxes and was worried i made a mistake getting the great annual deal.

Probably not strong enough for my cement face, but appreciate the brand inclusion and product 👍

Sarah

For some reason “cement face” made me lol. 🙂

Looking forward to trying the Saturday Skin product, and hopeful for a decent January box! The last couple have been lame and would be upset if I didn’t get in at the lower monthly rate. I signed up for the annual actually and was feel the boxes were way more exciting and worth it prior to the increase.

I own that Saturday Skin product and like it. I find it to be gentle exfoliation – albeit a little messy.

Izzie

Thank you!

Izzie

Is it something one can use everyday, like a regular cleanser, or something meant for weekly exfoliations? Thanks 🙂

Izzie

@J for some reasons I had in my mind the idea of a gel with BHA (pretty much a cleanser with mild exfoliation properties, one I would personally use in summer). I completely failed to focus on the “peel” part, my bad. Anyway, I agree with you and thanks for pointing that out 🙂

J

Exfoliating your face every day is not a good idea whether you have sensitive skin or not. And this does have a physical exfoliator quality (albeit more gentle than some) so I would definitely not use this every day.

LJ

I have sensitive skin so it’s weekly for me. It’s a peel of sorts. You rub the product around, it balls up taking the dead skin with it, and then you rinse it off. I would say non-sensitive skin could use it maybe 2-3 times a week.
