I ordered the fall box a few weeks ago and it was delivered quick with everything included. All of the items are very nice. These boxes have a lot of tote bags so it becomes a storage issue – not sure how many totes someone needs. But this one is nice wuality. I received the marine collagen. I requested the Borgo earrings to match the necklace – they are very nice but it was impossible to remove the shrink-wrap. Took about 45 minutes. I will not be tortured to open a box, no matter how nice it is. That frustration ruined this box for me.

I have been on and off with BOS since it began. As far as canceling and restarting, there haven’t been any issues. In a way it has been advantageous because I have been able to use the promo codes. Of course I have gotten my box in a reasonable time. For instance I ordered the Fall Curatuer Box on 10/23 and it arrived on 11/10. They let me use the $40 off coupon. So I got a great deal in a reasonable time frame. If I had had the issues that some people have reported, I wouldn’t even think about considering the Winter box. But I really like the scarf. Unfortunately I can’t get any reviews on it, so I’m just going to wait and see. If you don’t really want anything in the box, it’s better to just move on. They always have sales anyway.

This box seems to be a total train wreck, under its old brand and its new brand. Why does anyone subscribe to it? I don’t get it.

I actually don’t know of anyone that subscribes to it, aside from people that do unboxings on YouTube and presumably most of those are comped. I think most people just buy a box here and there when there’s a really good deal. I’ve been lured by the good deals before (more than once) but never again. But to your point, subscribing to this box is not the best idea.

I enjoyed my boxes when it was Box of Style and never had any shipping or quality issues. I didn’t care for the two boxes since they changed their name, but hope both the boxes and customer service improves as I would love to sub again.

I do agree that there were some good boxes when it was Box of Style. I really liked Summer 2019 (the one with the Missoni towel), Winter 2019 and Spring 2020. The two boxes under the new branding have been pretty bad in my opinion. Covid may have contributed to supply chain issues and the delayed shipping but those issues along with the subpar curations make it not worth it to me anymore. I used to say the box is pretty much always worth $50 regardless but I can’t really say that anymore.

For anyone even THINKING about subbing to this, here’s a warning: I skipped the Winter box on 11/6 and received an email confirmation on 11/6. On 11/19, I see an email and a charge for the WINTER BOX!!!! I am beyond livid. Use a disposable cc or a 1-time use debit card. What a shady company! Oh and my Fall box was missing 2 items as well.

Definitely file a charge back with your credit card, and they should refund you, especially since you have the email showing you skipped! Trust me, it’ll be easier to deal with it directly with your credit card company than with the sub box…

I always wonder that… What’s the point of subscribing to this box when every single one ends up heavily discounted. I bought it once and loved the purse, but I’m not a person who switches out purses by the season, plus this box has never again appealed to me 😗

Don’t do it! Resist the temptation. $50 for this headache is not worth it. I purchased a Fall Box when it was $50 off plus a free gift (black tassel necklace). It was 5 or 6 weeks ago that I made this purchase and I still haven’t gotten a shipping notification or any sort of explanation for the delay. I sent a couple of emails that went unanswered. Finally I got a reply but it was a reply to someone else’s inquiry. The other person’s name and inquiry was copied into the response I received. So I replied back letting them know that I think the response was meant for someone else but I am still waiting on a response to my question. It was only then that they responded that the delay was due to the free gift being out of stock. It sounds like I am getting a different free gift now but still no word on when it’s being shipped. I will say that I have ordered this box 3-4 times previously and I always received it in a reasonable amount of time until now. But yeah, never again. If a tracking number does not appear in my inbox by Monday I am opening up a credit card dispute as well.

For anyone reading this who is still waiting for their Fall curation to be shipped, send them an email stating that if they don’t provide a tracking number by tomorrow you will open a credit card dispute. I did that earlier today and just got an email with my tracking number.

I’m with you Julie! I ordered my fall box on sept 4 (during their labor day sale), and just received it this past tues, nov 24… that’s almost 3 months! Also, the free gift from the promotion was not in the box, & I purchased a $24.99 add-on that was also not in the box. I’ve sent an email inquiry but have not heard back yet. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS BOX!!!

Wow three months. This is terrible to hear because l really like the items that come in these boxes. I have only ordered two of them and didn’t have any issues so it’s sad to hear that they’re struggling fulfilling orders again. Sounds like someone needs to be fired.

I sent an email letting them know I was going to dispute the charge since it was taking so long and they shipped my box the next day. I just received it a few days ago. It had the collagen but the gift was earrings instead of a necklace. I definitely won’t order from them against
