I received my fall box today! It was complete and included my bonus candle. I’m really glad I purchased it. I love everything. The tote is much better than I expected, super quality. I’m excited to use it for my art and photography. It will be perfect to carry pieces to shows and sales. Super classy. The necklace is gorgeous. I love edgy pieces and this is so unique.

I finally received my fall box after over a month of waiting. Wait for it……the highlighter is missing completely, and the free gift was not what they advertised. Never ever again will I fall for one of their “deals!!”

Is anyone a subscriber who can share what items they have in the shop for members? I think I saw somewhere they had Kim + Ono and if they have brands I’m interested in at good deals it might tip me over the edge to rejoin. I was a subscriber for two years but dropped it over a year ago, never had issues but have heard a lot of stories.

I totally agree! I do not wear gold jewelry at all. It is so hard to find a subscription box (either jewelry-based or an other kind) that has sterling silver as an option or even as a highlight. Very disappointing as I am very sure there are more people out there that would jump at the chance. This is the reason that I don’t bother with many boxes. Also, the quality of “gold” is usually sub-par. I don’t like jewelry that looks cheap or turns my skin green.

Summer 2020 was the final Popsugar box. I checked their website today, and the box is sold out. So there won’t be any Black Friday deal from them.

I really really wish there would be a silver toned entire box. Besides having my jewelry be sterling/white gold/platinum, I do not carry any accessory that uses yellow gold hardware. So I mean the purse or clutch should also have silver hardware. I know I am a bit OCD, but I also know a lot of people probably feel the same way as I do about yellow gold. I don’t expect silver versions of every item every box but it would just be so nice to get a box even once a year. I hope someone reads and takes note that us silver loving folk want a box now and again.

I totally get you! I almost exclusively wear sterling silver or platinum jewelry and absolutely need my bag hardware to match! Ha ha. A silver box (with high quality metal, not imitation rhodium or something) would be absolutely lovely.

I would have been all over this deal but I still haven’t received my Fall Curation that I ordered with MSA’s 50% off code from 5 weeks ago! I don’t trust this company due to my own experience and reading the same thing from hundreds of people across their social media who also haven’t received their Fall box and/or were missing items.

I think Curateur needs to fix their warehouse and customer service issues. I don’t understand why they went through the whole process to rebrand (I’m guessing this cost $$$) yet didn’t do anything to fix their internal systems. They are losing so many customers. Why spend so much money trying to attract mew customers without taking care of the existing ones? It’s a shame because this box fills a niche in the subscription box world that doesn’t have a lot of competition (high end luxury lifestyle) and they could be so much bigger if they just get their sh*t together.

I ordered my fall box during the labor day sale (first weekend of september) & JUST got a shipping notice. I would not count on receiving this box in time for christmas.

I am still waiting for my Better than Black Friday from Rachel Zoe for the last two years. Look up her 2018 box on here for the BTBF deal and see the debacle that occured. She still hasn’t rectified those incidents, mine included, just changed her name. SHAME on you Rachel Zoe

If this comes before Christmas, 8 nice gifts for $60 would be a steal. I’ve never had an issue with BOS, but I’m kinda afraid to re-sub hearing about all the problems since the name change.

I was an annual member for 2 yrs with BOS and never had a problem dealing with customer service. I signed up for the fall box Oct 21st then canceled on Nov 15th. I followed up with an email and they responded in 24 hrs. They informed me my sub was cancelled and my fall box would ship Friday. My tracking shows a delivery date this Wed.

FYI – the Grown Alchemist hair cream was in Summer 2020 box, the one with the murder scarf, lol
