I can’t handle this sub anymore. The customer service is abysmal.. I’ve been waiting on a refund for months after their price change and they aren’t responding whatsoever to my requests.

Me too! I keep asking every 2 weeks or so for the refund and no response. I don’t even know what to say to my credit card company. Do I send B&C a final email before I attempt a charge back? Bait, switch, and disappointment. This is keeping me from renewing.

I wrote in and requested a refund for an annual sub they charged me for and the refund for the price change and was promised a refund for both and there’s been no refund. I’ve disputed now with my bank and also made posts on their FB page asked for the refund.

I had to do a credit card dispute. I have subbed to many sub boxes over the years and have never dealt with the level of issues with this company. What a let down.

This is a specific and random use for such a project, but I bought a glass vase at a flea market a couple of years ago that had been painted, and the paint chipped something fierce when I washed it in hot water after bringing it home, so I’ve never actually displayed any flowers in it. I’ve been lazy about stripping all the paint and using it as a clear glass vase, but now with this handy product that I never would have thought I needed, I can simply recover the vase in a stocking! Reminds me of covering my books back in high school.

I think this is pretty interesting- so many repeated items in sub boxes I like to see new things! I’m debating which color, I do like fresh flowers so this is an item I’ll try out!

They also put out a spoiler for the seasonal box – a Baiser Beauty Bruja skincare set. It’s a violet spray, an essence, women’s inspiration cards, and a “crystal.” Really wishing I hadn’t signed on with their annual deal when they switched to seasonal – but their previous boxes looked so good!

I think this is so cool! These take up way less space than another vase. I love that Bombay and Cedar sends original items. Some have been misses for me, but this one I like!
