I did this and just got my shipping email. If I sign up with a 2nd annual account (new account), will I be able to customize that winter box? Or will it be chosen for me? I’ve only ever had one account at a time, but I always end up adding atleast $30 to my box or buying more boxes in the add-on sale.

I wanted to upgrade to the annual subscription and was told it only applies to new customers. So today I decided to cancel my account and subscribe as an annual with a new email address. As soon as I went to cancel, a customer service representative popped up in a chat box. I was asked why I was canceling and I told them I didn’t like the items FFF was picking for me and that I couldn’t upgrade to the annual sub and get the mystery box…Long story short, the rep told me if upgrade today, she would make sure I got the mystery box. After I upgraded, I had her send me an invoice so that I could see that the mystery box was included. Maybe this will work for you.
I do not know what I am getting in the mystery box, but I have confirmed with two separate customer service chats that I am getting one.
Did you go to the actual cancel page? That is what I did. A chat box immediately popped up and the representative asked me why I wasn’t happy and wanted to cancel. The representative was very quick to extend the offer of the mystery bundle to me. I don’t know why they are telling you no. I would try again and see if you get a better representative.

I told them another customer service rep added it to a renewal/reactivating and she said she’d do it but I needed to pay for my annual subscription today. I did it in the chat

I have fallen for this too many times (last one had a vinyl belt that allegedly retails for $60+. The $10 off is a much better deal.

FFF sent an email saying if you reactivate they give you a mystery bundle of 145. I reactivated that way and then chatted with them and asked for this bundle instead. They did apply it.

After I renewed I went into the live chat support and just asked if the mystery bundle could be added. The rep that assisted me added it on for me and confirmed that it will ship along with my winter box.
