I am curious if you use different codes for the mystery box if the items are different as well ?!

My annual is due for renewal. Can I cancel and then resub and get the bundle?

Laura

So, I just spoke with fff support and they refused to include the bundle when I renew (my renewal is supposed to happen for this box). I’m so frustrated. I’ve spent sooooo much money with them. I’m also sad, bc I spend soooo much money with them. 🤨. They really don’t appreciate their loyal customers

Hi Laura – same thing happened to me. I’ve heard that signing up using a different email address works (even with the same home address). Give it a shot 🙂

Chanda

Can I do this if I already have a seasonal subscription? I was going to upgrade for my daughter this time anyway, so I’d much rather see if I can get the bundle. Do I need to start a new sub and cancel my old one?

LJ

Either should work, but I don’t know if hitting upgrade to annual will allow you to add the promo directly, so I’d recommend chatting with a rep and asking them to do it, which will tack on 4 more boxes to that account. Usually the reps are VERY willing to help people upgrade 😉

Laura

They wouldn’t help me with my renewal

LJ

I added a seasonal and then convinced myself to do an annual after the fact. The rep didn’t offer this promo, but a $100 bundle. That bundle just shipped and the email says it contains:

Avene Thermal Spring Water – $9
Dr. Brandt Do Not Age Triple Peptide Eye Cream – $82
treSiQue Highlight Stick in Bondi Beach Glow – $28

Not super excited for any of it, particularly the treSiQue, but it was “free” so I can’t complain!

The only thing I’d care about in there is the spring water– which would bring that down to a $9 bundle. lol.

I used the MSA code for the $200 bundle and this is what I am getting:

– Way of Will Strengthening Nail & Cuticle Serum
– Grown Alchemist Hydra-Repair Day Cream: Camellia & Geranium Blossom
– The Lyfestyle Co Beach Mist After Sun Spray
– Rodial Soft Focus Glow Drops
– BEY-FI-001 (I think this is the black scarf they had on the previous box?)

Did you like any of these/find them useful? I’m waiting for mine, and it was an identical list of products for the 200gift code.

Francine

Elizabeth- I just received my shipping conformation email. This is the exact list of what I am getting with my mystery bundle too!
Though, the BEY F1 001 is actually listed as Beyond Yoga Hidden Pocket Infinitely Scarf on my shipment.

How did you find this? It doesn’t show me anywhere I’m getting the bundle even though I signed up using it

@laura that’s so helpful, thank you!!

Laura

Ok got a response about this:

“As a fellow subscriber I don’t have access to customer accounts, but I can share with you how to confirm the promo was applied. Please take a look at your email confirmation/invoice, you should see a .01 discount. This discount is how FFF tracks the promo code was applied, so if you see it reflected in your invoice you are all set to receive the free mystery bundle with your winter box :).”

Laura

Same issue. Mine showed that it was applied but when I go to the subscription order details page, it shows nothing about a promotional bundle at all! What a bummer, could have at least used a different code for some money off rather than sign up thinking I was getting a free gift box.

Also Beth

Mine doesn’t either! So hey, at least we’re not alone 🙂

Kay

Where did you find that this is what you’re getting? TIA!

Go to My subscription and orders and then click on order details.

Alisa

I used this code when MSA first posted it and joined as an annual but it didn’t work. Now I’m out $54.00 and will be stuck with a members pick box that I didn’t even get to customize. When I canceled they said it was too late to stop the members pick box even though it hadn’t shipped. I will never sub to FFF again. This was a complete rip-off!

Elizabeth

Contact FFF customer service again. Each rep says something different, you are bound to find one that will be nice. Save screenshots of anything they say they will do.

Kay

Alisa, this code is specifically for annual memberships.

Kay

An annual membership costs $180…she said she’s out $54…clearly she just bought a seasonal subscription.

Caroline

She said she joined as an annual though, doesn’t explain why it didn’t work.
